“Transaction was easy and great communication to dispatch. Freight was slow (carrier took their time) and unfortunately packaging was damaged in transit resulting in 2 of 3 batteries being lost. Contacted Battery Mate straight away, quick response asking for more info which was supplied straight away. I've had to chase them since. Apparently the batteries are being replaced but not with the same urgency the original order was shipped. I keep following up but getting a response or info is difficult. Has turned 5 stars into 2 and may get worse yet.”

Frustrating that they use a courier for delivery as trying to use a Post Office for delivery is impossible and the courier service themselves are very poor to deal with in trying to collect item after they fail to deliver to a Post Office”
