“I ordered a v6 Dyson battery and received a v7 battery ,after speaking to battery mate they said they would sent the correct battery with in 2days ,that didn't happen.i I returned the v7battery with in 2 days after receiving it,After more phone calls ,trying to work out what happened they told me I ordered the wrong battery but the invoice they sent clearly said v6 ,after 3weeks I found out the battery was out of stock ,some one did tell the truth and once in stock I got delivery with in 2days.This process took 3weeks”

Postage has been a bit slow but they arrived eventually.

“Useless.. instructions are written so tiny on a 2 x 1 inch piece of paper … You tubed how to code them … they would not code to my garage door at all. 3 people tried to do it. Wasted my money would not recommend at all”

“Easy ordering process on line. Prompt delivery. However, when I opened the item there were no 'operating instructions'. Rang and spoke to a team member and got a lot of " I think" and " yes it should" " it should be just plug and play" answers to my questions. Little help at best. Item seems to be working but I'm still in the dark about a couple of features that it is supposed to have incorporated.”
