“Bought replacement remote for Samsung tv. Looks same and works but has trouble being aimed at certain areas to work. You have to ask m and press about 6 different places before it works. Always a different deferent spot as well. Nothing in front of infrared receiver just doesn’t pick up.”

I was not very happy with my purchase as all the batteries in the remotes were flat. I had to buy new bateries for all of them.
I can currently only use 3, after I bought the batteries as the other one does not work at all.
I know that the remotes were not expensive but I expected the batteries in them to work.”
“Easy process & prompt communication. Actual delivery is slow but good communication. This is my second purchase & second review. The same as last time, I will buy through the company again, but once you're on the mailing list, you get bombarded with emails and sms often daily. That's my only gripe, too many sell,sell sell messages. Keep up the good work”

“The only problem with this purchase is that the product was out of stock for sometime. I did not receive advice that it was back in stock as indicated when I returned wrong battery earlier. When emailed to confirm it was the right one and in stock received a generic respose. Usaully back in stock within a period.”
“I give BatteyMate 2 Stars - because of ttheir annoying website - it consistently freezes when trying too complete and order. You then fiind that you have ordered 5 tools rather than 1 - and then you are harrassed until you remove the excess purchases.
No staff member looks at your emails or responses - as the whole thing is automated. Finally, I got a staff member to respond to an "Unsubscribe" email! Then I started receiving harrassing texts on my phone.
The prodcts are OK - but the harrassement from the automated website is continuous!
And none of the texts and emails harrassing you are monitored!”
