“Natasha was very professional and helpful - she kept me informed and up to date with everything. She also went out of her way to come and see me (because of my job)to sign papers and give me the keys to the property - she even did this on her day off !!”
“Overall the experience was very good, the guys I dealt with in the branch were all professional and polite. We agreed to an open day, however this seemed to get forgotten and instead individual viewings were scheduled which potentially reduced the final selling price of the house.”
“It would have been more useful to send a selling agent rather than a letting one for both my visits. Unfortunately the agent could not answer my queries and had to get someone to contact me with the answers. It would be good for regular updates on progress, even negative ones, so that the buyer feels as if they are not being ignored. In my case it was me that did all the chasing for updates which was very frustrating.”
“Got me in the property quickly but 'played down' some parts of the requirements for passing the credit scoring and the inventory was very selective biased towards the landlord, especially the photographs- very carefully/ skillfully taken!
It would benefit all; including your staff if this was more honest at onset. Your system caused problems also, as I was unable to email through the images I had taken to show issues from the inventory and had to print it all out and post to you, a bit expensive and unnecessary surely in 2016?”
“My experience with Beal's has so far been very pleasant.
I would have appreciated being shown what the different keys were for as I was living in a block of flats. It would have also been useful to know when the ins were being emptied every week and what re-cycling there was.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful within their knowledge. I would go through Beal's again if I were wanting to rent property within their catchment areas”
