“Umm, I bought these thinking they would be the old version I had bought previously which were amazing but it seems like they have been changed. From leather to some other material which stains most of my clothing if I rub against it, they also make my hands feel dry, and have less of a grip. The old version was by far superior which is very disappointing.”

“I don't know what I did wrong. But it didn't work. It says free gift for the card but I didn't receive anything. It just kept saying the price of the item I put in the caet”

“I began using my wrist wraps the day they arrived. They feel really nice. Exactly the right amount of stiffness. However, I am already noticing that the velcro isn't going to last very long. It seems like every time I cinch them, or take them off, I lose a little more of the velcro. I've used them 4 out of the last 5 days. At this rate, the velcro's going to fail by the first of the year. I bought these specifically on the recommendation of a friend. His are 2 years old, and are just now ready to be replaced. Maybe mine are just an anomaly?”

“I would say it was good and definitely had the potential to be much better. The reason for this is the lack of items to choose from on your team. I believe you have a really good product but need to work on giving your customers more options, items, colors to select from, etc. The bear is very near and dear to my heart and I would by so much more if you had a better selection.”
