“Why do I have to use the Shop app to track my shipment? I don’t want another app!!!”

“Product wasn’t available to Ship International to Japan so had to Send it to family in the USA to send the products to me. All in all smooth. Out of stock products were in stock within a week.”

“Never got a physical gift. Shop app shows a $5 gift card or an extended warranty which I already got. I also emailed support and never got a response. Reviews show others had the same issue. Happy with the gloves, but not with the service or the misleading “free” item. Then again…nothings ever free right? Fortunately I didn’t make my initial purchase for whatever this is supposed to be.”

“Decent product. Very comfortable but quality is TBD since I’ve only had them for less than a month. Was not fond of the “ Free gift” gimmick that was never received… I sense some dishonesty to trick customers into installing a tracking app to track your “ free gift”. Never installed it so never received it.”

“Not alot I can say yet, don't take the 3 stars in a bad way just haven't gotten to test a lot of the products yet. Product did arrive in a timely manner with and in decent packaging.”

“As soon as I paid, I realised that I picked the wrong size. No provision to cancel my order, I immediately sent you a message to ask you to change the size of my item before shipping. Apparently, you did not checked my message and shipped me the order at the wrong size. So I am waiting for it, to sent it back to you and buy it again at the good size...”

“Some items you couldn't select if the size wasn't available and others you could select and it'd say out of stock. Also the discounts were confusing in cart as you would think they were stacking but I couldn't ever be sure. It made it a bit chaotic to understand if I was supposed to add them a certain way or what was going on. It was a good price just not intuitive or easy.”
