“I spoke with someone on the phone (please forgive I forgot his name), and we discussed my needles for upgrade/replacement springs for my f350. He was very knowledgeable and gave me exact specifications for the springs I ended up buying. It was nice to be treated respectfully, and I felt like a valued customer. I received the springs quickly from a competent fedex driver, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the product. I’m installing the springs at this very moment, and my only complaint is they are HEAVY! That’s obviously a good thing. The build quality is great. I’m stoked with the whole transaction, and will definitely be a return customer. Also you’ll get some free marketing from me because I’ve already bragged about your product. Keep it up guys, thanks a bunch! -Yeager”

“Overall experience was very good. The parts I purchased were good quality. It appears for the Ford F250 heavy duty you will have to drill out two of the four holes to get this part to fit. I believe the best fit will be if you bolt into the side frame and then re-drill two holes on the bottom of the frame. The original part was a combination of both riveted and bolted.”

“Product was as advertised and got here pretty quick. Bought for my 1996 Dodge Ram 1500. I previously bought some U Bolt Plates from Rock Auto and they sent me the wrong size. I shipped the Rock Auto ones back and bought these. Glad I did the fit great. Thanks!”
