“Talked with a person about Anti rattle pads for Leaf Springs, Describe what I needed for the 6 leafs that had pads at the end of each one, also a couple square pads that were going in the bottom of the Spring pack. I thought the tech and I were on the same page but when the parts arrived the square pads for the center bottom were not there? when called they said "oh they don't have those". You don't need Em. I'll be using my leftovers instead.”

John, The way you described the parts on the phone ("square anti rattle pads") sounded like you were talking about wear pads for the ends of the springs. I asked at the time if that's what you meant and you said it was so that was what I sold you. I made it clear before you purchased anything that those particular wear pads were the only square ones that we sell. It wasn't until you called back after receiving them that you described what you were looking for as shims, which are something else completely that we don't sell. Shims are not "anti rattle pads", are rectangular not square, and go in the center of the spring not the ends. This was the cause of the confusion over what part you were looking for. You also received a confirmation email at time of purchase with a photo of the parts you had just bought (see the screenshot I've attached to this review for context). If you had told me that photo was of a different part from what you wanted then I could have canceled and refunded before they shipped. If you don't need the pads then you can still return them for a refund

“One of the springs the bottom leaf was severely offset. Poor manufacturing and should’ve never been shipped that way.”

George, That is a common issue that regularly happens in transit. It has nothing to do with how the spring is manufactured. It is easily fixed in under a minute by simply tapping the leaf back into place and if necessary tightening the nut on the center bolt. It's actually part of the installation process at our shop

Hi Joseph, Could you please elaborate on what the issue was? You purchased springs from us but not U bolts. You did ask about U bolts. I told you what size and width they needed to be and explained how to determine the exact length since that dimension varies but received no further communication from you at that point so I don't know what could have been done differently

“I ordered a set of rear leaf spring hangers for my ‘99 Suburban and while the shipping was fast and the product was very good the hangers were actually for a Chevy truck, similar but not the same. I was under a time crunch so I made it work but the listing was specific to the suvs and not the trucks.”

Ben, While you are correct that the Pickup and Suburban hangers are very similar, the hangers you purchased are for the Suburban. As the product listing notes, some frames have off-set mounting holes requiring modification to either the frame or the hanger to line up properly. There is also a link in that listing to a separate hanger designed to fit those frames without requiring any modification. This is most likely what happened with your Suburban but if you'd like to please contact us so we can figure out exactly what the issue is

“Products look great and good prices (haven't had a chance to install yet), help finding the correct u-bolts is superb. The shipping, however, was astronomically high compared so some other similar things I've ordered from other vendors. The delivery arrived 24 hours EARLY- which normally would be great . . . and not really something the vendor controls. . .but it required an appointment with a forklift so early could have been disastrous.”
