Which of the items you purchased wasn't thick enough and in what way was it not thick enough? I'd like to help resolve your issue but I need more information first please

The service Beattie hired to deliver the springs ( FedEx ) left the items outside at the back door of the facility without notifying the staff inside? Items could have easily been stolen at this door is next to a gas station. Beattie needs to have a talk with there shipper or get a new one.

Steve, We have used multiple shippers over the years and unfortunately they all operate like that. We can't control what they do once they leave our facility but if you let us know ahead of time of any additional requirements then we will do our best to arrange it with the shipper

You get what you pay for… the fit Ian’s finish on this spring pack is very poor. The clamps needed to be bent straight and tight to the pack, the leaves were crooked and the finish is awful. Loosened center bolts and realigned the pack, sand blasted the leafs and used ceramic based paint to finish them hoping they don’t rot out as fast as they would have otherwise. Definitely sub oem quality. Hopefully the springs hold up better than oem.

Hi Matt, Could you possibly send some photos of the springs you received so we can see their condition? If they're damaged we will gladly replace them but some cosmetic issues (scratched paint, scuffs, etc) are a normal part of the shipping process because leaf springs are too heavy and unusually shaped to ship in any kind of packaging. Industry standard is to put the label directly on the spring and ship it as is because they usually just end up tearing through the packaging and getting lost. We often receive springs directly from the manufacturer in this condition because of it. The loose center bolt is also normal and can easily be fixed by simply tightening the bolt. Again, if the springs are damaged then please let us know and we will replace them
