All good with the exception.. that I had put in the comment section when ordering, to install longer center bolts to accommodate the factory overload springs.. when these arrived I had to remove and buy a new set. Which I had to call in the parts people after hours to get me the parts I needed.

Hi Rory, Our springs come from the manufacturer already assembled with a stock length center bolt already installed. If you wanted longer center bolts you would have had to buy those separately and install them yourself since we don't sell modified springs online. We only offer that service locally at our Michigan location. Even then there would have been an additional labor fee to disassemble and reassemble the springs

Clip on one of the springs arrived loose. Contacted Beattie for explanation and/or replacement and response was quite quick (within 24-48 hours)

Hi Nicholas, Industry standard for shipping leaf springs is to put the label directly on the spring and ship unpackaged. This is because their size and unusual shape often causes them to tear through any packaging and fall out becoming lost. Shipping them unpackaged is more reliable in this way though it can result in some cosmetic damage to the spring (minor scuffs and scratches). We routinely receive springs directly from the manufacturer already in this condition because of it but if yours are more damaged than what I'm describing then please reach out to us so we can arrange for replacements to be shipped out Thank you

Service and speed of delivery were great. However the Made In USA leaf spring shackle has a made in mexico bushing in it. I was hoping for a completely made in US part.

Part's were correct and fit as expected. The only thing I can say against my experience is that I was told the springs would most likely ship the day I ordered them, witch was important since I had a fleet truck down. Unfortunately the order took 5 days to travel about a 4 hour drive to my house. And shipping cost was a premium.

Ordered an item and received it promptly so shipping was good. The item seemed to be of good quality. There was an issue on whether the item was the size I ordered or not but it turned out to be the correct size item that I ordered. My only complaint was their lack of communication. I had been waiting a couple of days on the exchange that I was told would be coming but never received it. After contacting them again I was informed that there woud be no exchange due to the fact that they had shipped the correct size originally and I did not qualify for an exchange. If I hadn't had initiated the communication in regards to the exchange not being issued I would have never known it wasn't coming. Seems to be a good company but they need to work on their communications with their customers. Our time is as important as theirs.

Mr. Barnes, we definitely apologize for the lack of good communication on our end and we certainly didn't intend to waste your time. As people who work on vehicles ourselves, we understand the costs of downtime. We've taken a look at everything that happened and have taken steps to implement better processes to hopefully not have issues like this happen again in the future. Despite what happened, we're certainly thankful for the review. If you need suspension parts in the future, we hope you allow us to earn your business again.
