“Their products are ok but they don’t keep their word, I received an expired product last year, I was promised a replacement or refund, which never came, I sent a few reminder emails with no avail, so I gave up”

“Good services. I ordered for a body cream and hair pomade. I noticed a finger print or mark on the pomade. Is it possible to advise the manufacturers to seal their products because any body can interfere with the creams, besides we are in a pandemic. I don’t think it is hygienic to sell unsealed cosmetics to people. Thanks”

“Items got delivered on time. However, the box they came in was ripped and there was a mixture with the extensions colours as I ordered light brown but got dark brown.”
