“Had a very bad experience with these guys. Ordered a product#46585 for a next day delivery and a week later still nothing and not even a dispatch notification from them. I called them the first time and they said they would call me back but never called back till i asked for a refund. I will never buy anything from them. It never comes. Poor service”

“I have not received an order I placed on 24/11/2022 and today is 9/12/2022 I have emailed the support team and still nothing . And people will say black people don’t patronise black shops. Look at this mess They have taken the money from my account but no goods. Ridiculous”

“I am not happy with the product - The Carrot Glow Intense Toning Treatment Cream, when I open the tube and the cream is too loose like a running liquid. I've been using this product for six months and the cream is not meant to be loose like running liquid. So I'm not going to buy from Beautizone next time.”
