“The items I ordered were not dispatched after 2 weeks. I chased customer services and was told the package would be sent in 2 days...a week later, I still didn't have it. It was only after threatening legal action that I finally received a response telling me that the parcel would be dispatched for express delivery. Why this had not already been done is unclear, as by that point over 2 weeks had passed! Finally, almost 3 weeks later, the parcel arrived...with all the items substituted without warning or approval and in different quantities!! I am now demanding a full refund...at this point they are just fraudulent!”

“Had a very bad experience with these guys. Ordered a product#46585 for a next day delivery and a week later still nothing and not even a dispatch notification from them. I called them the first time and they said they would call me back but never called back till i asked for a refund. I will never buy anything from them. It never comes. Poor service”

“I have not received an order I placed on 24/11/2022 and today is 9/12/2022 I have emailed the support team and still nothing . And people will say black people don’t patronise black shops. Look at this mess They have taken the money from my account but no goods. Ridiculous”
