“Order a bespoke single seat in December 21 it is now April 22 and still not seat no straight answers just excuses, 3 times asked for refund and nothing”
“Brought a petrol tank that leaked when I called them to tell them Dan said to me what do you expect for £150 pounds so after emails and phone calls to them I had to get my credit card company to get my refund also paid for a clutch that they didn’t have in stock etc etc they are a bunch of crooks”

“I feel a bit out of place with all the bad reviews I’ve read but here goes. Worth reading all of this. I didn’t give 5 stars because there have been problems but they’ve all been resolved. I bought loads of parts for my Lambretta from Beedspeed in 2019. They all arrived promptly. One small part was incorrect. I emailed them immediately and received a replacement within two days and I live in Ireland. I ordered more parts in the week the covid lockdown started in 2020. They took longer to arrive and I couldn’t get replies to emails or phone calls answered but I put that down to the lockdown. When my scooter was finally finished in august 2021, two years after my first order I noticed that my twisted stainless steel stand was the wrong size and chromed, not stainless. That is the four star part. I emailed Beedspeed and sent photos of the stand. Despite the fact that two years had passed since I bought it I received the correct replacement stand without charge in no time at all. I don’t know Dan or any of the staff at Beedspeed. I don’t know about business problems that other reviewers mention and honestly don’t care. In my opinion it’s how a customer is treated when there’s a problem that counts most. Dan could have refused to replace the stand. He could have left me to try to chase a small claims case from another country. But he didn’t. His emails to me were courteous. He demonstrated a highly professional customer service etiquette and I wouldn’t hesitate to both do business with him and recommend him to anyone who asks in the future. In my original order one part was unavailable and without even asking Beedspeed refunded the amount paid. Other people have obviously had bad experiences but not me. My experience with Beedspeed has all been faultless. The only reason for four rather than five stars is the error with the order. But customer service is a definite five stars.”

“Phoenix company run by a bankrupt disqualified director and his former bankrupt partner. Facing Insolvency and recently mortgaged to the hilt. No doubt the company will reform after insolvency again in the hands of these 2 selling the stock they’ve bought back at 25% and keeping your money.”
“Do not use this company. They did not refund me after sending a broken part out to me even though i had tracking to say they had received it back. They are probably the only Scooter parts retailer that are NOT actually Scooterists. They have no idea about the items they stock. The company was taken over by a Crook a few years ago now. Please do your background checks. I can't believe he is still in business. Channel 4 even did a program on him about ripping off Tenants in London in some housing Scam. His time will come i'm sure. If you're after Lambretta parts use LAMBRETTA UPGRADES in Grimsby. Run by two honest fellas who have been in the Scooter scene for over 30 years and are Rally going, Lammy Riding Enthusiasts.”
“This review would of been a 0 if it let me!! probably the worst customer service ever! ordered fuel filters back in January 2021 after a lot of emails and phone calls over a couple of months I finally gave in and asked for a refund and then didn't hear anything again until today (25/05/21) when my fuel filters turned up!!! Iv'e since found out that the company went into receivership at the end of last year, and resurrected itself only to get rid of the stock to pay their creditors and they don't care how they do it...”

Worst company in the world. Ordered parts from them and they sent wrong ones. Phoned up to sort it out and just got a load of abuse, like it was my fault !!!!!!!
Will never use them again, had to threaten court action before I received my refund.

“ordered £350 worth of chrome , wish i had of read these reviews before hand , i'm just going to be added to the long list of unhappy customers , but from day one there has been nothing but lies from this company , they're staff are complete lying bastards , i've tried to resolve this with phone calls and emails but surprise surprise , they have went very quiet , they are happy to take your order and respond with a email and basically that's as far as you'll get , they even sent a fake DPD tracking number and when i contacted DPD they don't have a parcel from beedspeed , again its basically just a SCAM , so i have resulted in contacting my bank to try and recover the money , thankfully i used a credit card , so should have a chance at least , paypal would be the obvious choice but don't even consider bying anything from this excuse of a company ! save yourself the grief and hopefully something good will come of it ( like the place will burn down , fingers crossed ) !”
