I've bought scooter parts on many occasions im a customer based repair service and beedspeed has delivered many parts for my projects and repair if they don't have the parts your asked for you get notifications when they get restocked I even find beedspeed easy to deal with over the phone every one is helpful

The staff at Beedspeed are so efficient, after some of my order was not delivered I contacted Beedspeed and Natalie U sorted it all out and within 24 hrs my order had been delivered safe & sound. I will definitely be using Beedspeed again and would recommend them to any scooterist.

Have been using beedspeed for sometime now,they have a great attitude towards there scooter customers, as in we want our parts fast! And they don't disappoint, so far they've supplied most of my parts for my 150 super rebuildšŸ˜Ž Best scoot shop in UKšŸ˜Ž... Callum

I recently bought a Vespa PX which had been completely rebuilt & painted for me so I bought all the badges required from Beedspeed. I bought them back on 25th May then there was a delay with my scooter which I only got last week, but when I opened up the side panel Vespa badge, there was an area on it where the plastic chrome finish was peeled off the black plastic, meaning that it couldn’t be used, so I emailed Beedspeed along with photos & I received an email today saying that a new replacement badge has been posted out to me today which is brilliant service considering how long ago I had placed my order. This was never about the cost of the badge as it was only around Ā£10, but the fact that they did this shows brilliant customer service just like I have had in the past with any orders placed.

Fabulous service by the staff at Beedspeed They informed me that a item was out of stock, but sent out another item that I had ordered, and kept me informed all of the time. Fabulous thank you

This company is selling you products they don’t have and the staff are not allowed to credit something they clearly know they can’t supply (confirmed by Ethan) Bought Monday, no reply, had to call but asked to email in, called today, manager not available (Dan). See Facebook etc very poor, many bad recent experiences, stay clear.

Order parts by phone they came promptly but where not chrome as requested dark grey powder coated requested a refund on 30/04/22 still waiting on return code rang seven times customer service/sales are rude and tell lie after lie told would be dealt with in 24 hours today been told 48 hours so when I will get my parcel back to them to get my refund who knows. I asked to speak to the manager he was busy but had been asked to call me I rang an hour later to be told he has left for the day he will get back to me by Wednesday afternoon what a joke plz tell me how I sort this

Order a bespoke single seat in December 21 it is now April 22 and still not seat no straight answers just excuses, 3 times asked for refund and nothing

Brought a petrol tank that leaked when I called them to tell them Dan said to me what do you expect for Ā£150 pounds so after emails and phone calls to them I had to get my credit card company to get my refund also paid for a clutch that they didn’t have in stock etc etc they are a bunch of crooks

My experience with Beedspeed has been absolutely 100 % excellent. Open communication, prompt helpful response to my queries and fast delivery approximately 7 all in from Beedspeed to Australia. I intend to order further goods and wanted to thank Nat from Beedspeed for being so efficient.

I feel a bit out of place with all the bad reviews I’ve read but here goes. Worth reading all of this. I didn’t give 5 stars because there have been problems but they’ve all been resolved. I bought loads of parts for my Lambretta from Beedspeed in 2019. They all arrived promptly. One small part was incorrect. I emailed them immediately and received a replacement within two days and I live in Ireland. I ordered more parts in the week the covid lockdown started in 2020. They took longer to arrive and I couldn’t get replies to emails or phone calls answered but I put that down to the lockdown. When my scooter was finally finished in august 2021, two years after my first order I noticed that my twisted stainless steel stand was the wrong size and chromed, not stainless. That is the four star part. I emailed Beedspeed and sent photos of the stand. Despite the fact that two years had passed since I bought it I received the correct replacement stand without charge in no time at all. I don’t know Dan or any of the staff at Beedspeed. I don’t know about business problems that other reviewers mention and honestly don’t care. In my opinion it’s how a customer is treated when there’s a problem that counts most. Dan could have refused to replace the stand. He could have left me to try to chase a small claims case from another country. But he didn’t. His emails to me were courteous. He demonstrated a highly professional customer service etiquette and I wouldn’t hesitate to both do business with him and recommend him to anyone who asks in the future. In my original order one part was unavailable and without even asking Beedspeed refunded the amount paid. Other people have obviously had bad experiences but not me. My experience with Beedspeed has all been faultless. The only reason for four rather than five stars is the error with the order. But customer service is a definite five stars.

Absotuely terrible. They didn't send the (simple) order out on time. Had to chase it up- weeks later they sent it out- but with stuff missing. Hd to chase that up- weeks later still waiting for a refund. ONE TO AVOID.

Phoenix company run by a bankrupt disqualified director and his former bankrupt partner. Facing Insolvency and recently mortgaged to the hilt. No doubt the company will reform after insolvency again in the hands of these 2 selling the stock they’ve bought back at 25% and keeping your money.

Do not use this company. They did not refund me after sending a broken part out to me even though i had tracking to say they had received it back. They are probably the only Scooter parts retailer that are NOT actually Scooterists. They have no idea about the items they stock. The company was taken over by a Crook a few years ago now. Please do your background checks. I can't believe he is still in business. Channel 4 even did a program on him about ripping off Tenants in London in some housing Scam. His time will come i'm sure. If you're after Lambretta parts use LAMBRETTA UPGRADES in Grimsby. Run by two honest fellas who have been in the Scooter scene for over 30 years and are Rally going, Lammy Riding Enthusiasts.

This review would of been a 0 if it let me!! probably the worst customer service ever! ordered fuel filters back in January 2021 after a lot of emails and phone calls over a couple of months I finally gave in and asked for a refund and then didn't hear anything again until today (25/05/21) when my fuel filters turned up!!! Don't waste your time with these guys.
