Recieved a prompt response that another 4 will be sent out. Recieved 8 chrome flat washers. A very pleasant experience and 5 star customer service from Beedspeed. Good afternoon, I have just replied to your email so we can hopefully get that sorted for you :) In regards to our email system - if you email twice or more within 24hours your email goes to the bottom of the pile as it's time triggered, so it's best to only email once every 24 hours in the hope your email get's dealt with quicker :) Hope that makes sense.
