“Guys, a lot of you will know me. Been in the scooter scene virtually all my life. I have used Beedspeed over the years and they have been on the whole very good. Now I see lot of people online that are not exactly complimentary about various dealers and suppliers of scooter parts and accessories, and it is so easy to start typing bad things when an order goes wrong. What you need to do is actually give the guys a chance to sort it. I'll not go into detail but I had a recent order that went a bit awry. No fault of Beedspeed but Daniel got involved and totally sorted it. Not only that but phoned to check everything was ok. India who works there is the most helpful and wonderful person to deal with. She is a credit to Beedspeed and they are very lucky to have her. I for one will be using Beedspeed for all my online orders going forward, and the next Cleethorpes rally, I will be taking a box of chocolates for India and a couple of beers for Dan to say 'thank you'. I highly recommend Dan, India and all the team there!”

I'm so sorry to hear your order has been delayed. We are constantly three phone lines busy, and we try and get emails replied to as fast as possible, we currently have an empty inbox, so I'm not sure why your email hasn't been replied to. I will look into this for you. In regards to your order, there has been a delay with shipments from abroad, but we are trying to get this out to you as soon as we can. I'm so sorry, and I will email you with any information I can provide.

Good morning, I'm sorry you've had a less than perfect experience with us. Unfortunately, during lock down, we've seen a large increase in both phone calls and emails and sadly we were not equipped to deal with this. We have since taken on more staff, and are working to increase our response rate, so hopefully this doesn't keep happening. On the lines of your specific order - we are happy to report it is being sent off today, it was packed up yesterday and is ready to go in our delivery today. This is less than 14 days since you ordered, which we do state on our site it can take up to 14 days for dispatch. We hope you enjoy your order.
