Disgusting service. Repeated lies about an order on going for over 6 weeks! “ it’s on the delivery we are going through” “it’s on the shelf for delivery” “don’t know why it hasn’t been dispatched” “it was damaged in transit”. Honesty goes along way, quit the b******t!!!

Oh dear! I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I parted with £112! No refund credit. Ignoring my emails! Oh dear!!!!!!

Ordered 2 parts for my Vespa LX, after almost 6 weeks of me sending numerous emails to them saying I haven't received my parts, only receiving 2 in reply, have now been told my order has been cancelled! No explanation! Will not be using these again and would highly recommend people avoid using them too, shocking service!

Good morning, I have looked into your order dated the April 28, 2020, and you emailed us on two separate dates asking us to cancel the order. This is why it was cancelled on the 30th (the date of your second email) with a full refund being issued. If you feel this was done in error, please give us a call and we would be happy to resolve this. We are also happy to show you the emails from your email address if you feel there has been a security breach on your account.

This sentence: "Genuine Piaggio Spare Part" should be reported to trading standards. Ordered a PX speedo for £120, received the exact same version I bought from India on ebay for £25. Except the ebay version didn't claim to be a genuine Piaggio spare part. Fair play they refunded me when I sent it back to them, but only after a dozen phonecalls and nearly two months. Steer clear.

I'm not in the habit of bad mouthing small businesses, but.. This is one of the worst buying experiences I have had. I ordered some Lambretta parts which took nearly 10 days to arrive; when they did arrive 2 parts were missing and 2 were incorrect. No luck on the phone but eventually answered an email to say the missing parts had been posted the day before - they arrived nearly 2 weeks later. The incorrect parts were never replaced and the emails never answered - they were only a couple of pounds worth so I wrote them off and ordered from elsewhere. Of the parts I did receive the majority were very cheaply made and appalling quality, particularly the cable set: on the gears, clutch and rear brake all the outers had to be cut to size and the choke cable was incorrect. The rear lens light screws didn't fit and again no reply to emails. I used to deal with Beedspeed a lot many years ago and it's a shame what's happened to them, needless to say I shan't use them again. The rest of my parts were ordered from other dealers who communicated well and I had the parts the next working day. It's undoubtedly difficult for businesses during the Coronavirus lockdown but there is a standard of business which is still attainable if it's worked for. I hope Beedspeed can get back to that previously high standard.

If you would like to email us again, I would be happy to refund you the items that were incorrect. Unfortunately, in regards to delivery time, there is not much we can do once an item has left our facility, but we are constantly chasing our delivery partners to try and get items to customers quicker. I apologise for the delays. We are working to reach higher goals, and have huge plans for the company, so we are excited to see our growth seen by our customers. I am sorry for your experience, but hopefully if you come to see us in the future we will have improved - and we would be happy to offer you a discount if you give us an email prior to ordering.

Ordered a vespa t5 exhaust and they sent me a px exhaust instead. Asked them for a return label to swap it over and they expected me to pay for postage. 🤣

Bought an exhaust for a vespa t5 and they sent me an exhaust for a vespa px with the wrong fittings. Asked to return the item and they expected me to pay for postage. All in all a very poor experience.

As per previous review yesterday I would like to now add that unfortunately this company had no intentions of letting my son know that the exhaust he ordered 3 weeks ago was discontinued, not only that but supposedly was a very old ad and shouldn't have been on the site, instead of offering like for like replacement they offered one that wasn't suitable for his scooter and the real alternative way more expensive than the one already paid for, not only this but to add even further insult accused my son of actually searching through ad's until he found a pricing error then placing an order this is absolutely not true and to call a customer a liar is unforgivable, as Rob has been a member of Gemini scooter club for many years and has bought several items from this place as has his many friends in the scootering community hopefully thus treatment of himself and many others I see now I have read through reviews will stop them making the same mistake of ordering anything from here again the management should be disgusted with themselves.

Good morning, I'm sorry you had a less than perfect experience with us. Sadly, the part your son ordered was discontinued during lock down, and there was a severe lack of response from us in updating this on the website. And I would like to apologise for that. I am aware that he was offered an upgrade, but unfortunately, the one from his bike was a lot more than originally paid, so we did ask for an amount to fulfil this and complete his bike. However, he was also offered to cancel and get a refund for his order, which he choose and received promptly. I would like to publicly apologise for the comments that Rob feels were made towards him, and I am disappointed in this behaviour. I will pass the feedback along to the member of staff - and sort this out. This is not acceptable behaviour and not something we condone. I am sorry, and we are constantly working on improving our communication.

I placed an order for badges,, which never arrived, I then placed an order for floor runner end caps, never arrived, so cancelled both orders early March, middle of May now and still waiting for a refund. I ordered a piston in error, ( My fault ) I rang upand spoke to a very polite person, was told to return it for full refund, this was in March, still waiting for refund, can't contact anyone that can make a decision, used every excuse possible, getting rather pee'd off now, terrible service, will never use Beedspeed again

Similar to other bad reviews. Order arrived late and with bits missing. Had to call and then wait for missing part to arrive. Other part of order then missing. Have emailed but still no part. Five weeks and counting. AVOID

Ordered sip tubles rims scrached and when I opened and clutchleaver looks second hand condition. bulb broken in post. I've ask to send back but can't as need bike for work so bank holiday no bike bits to fix as all need returning. Disappointing.

The owner Dan is a total conman still up to his old tricks. We have seen the video on the sites. Try googling the rest of his family that strangely all have different names. ALARM BELLS Keith Balinger and his wife Michelle Bray worth a Google and Jade Smith their daughter. Con men and women one and all. No staff so not 35 years knowledge. Tried them twice orders told dispatched they were not. Still waiting on refund. Do not use these cowboys they have nothing to do with old owner Alan and know nothing.

Good morning - this is an extremely disappointing review, and offers private information for people who do not work with the company, or have any connection whatsoever. Please be careful when mentioning people's names and bad mouthing them, as it can cause them great emotional distress, and is not fair in association with the business. I would be happy to sort out whatever issues you have, and sort out the refund for you, please just send us an email and we would be happy to sort this out.

great service i ordered 2 vespa sip tubeless rims&2 vespa rubber parts saturday morning they arrived tuesday morning i cant fault them great service i will use Beedspeed again

Do not touch this company with a barge pole, if you get the right part you are lucky, if you get it without numerous phone calls you are lucky, and if you return any thing don`t expect to get back what you paid for it, and as for paying you return postage forget it. Orderd two items:1st a speedo with the wrong calibration sent it back,2nd :a steering lock and toolbox lock neither fit for purpose both went in the bin. There are plenty of Lambretta spares companies out there without using these clowns.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering parts from this shower. A simply appalling experience. Broken promises, wrong parts, weeks and weeks of delay and poor quality. Avoid at all costs. Really, avoid at all costs.
