Too expensive for the quality they offer. You could find the same item of same quality at Kmart or Target for a whopping $100 cheaper.

Non-existent customer service. As many others here, I've also received the wrong item. Have been emailing them for weeks for my own amusement with absolutely ZERO response.

They have nice products. But make sure you get right size and color the first time because they really just take your money. They don’t work with you to return to replace . Even when my package was shipped to another addresss (FedEx mistake) Their customer service is horrible. For someone who shops here often I shouldn’t have been out 75 bucks with no apparent response from customer service . Like I said make sure you know for sure what you’re getting is what you want or else consider yourself robbed .

Fit of the pants I received were way too small. Unfortunately the shipping costs back to UK from USA is more than what the pants costs. Just lost $60. I wouldn’t recommend due to return being responsibility of buyer. In today’s market, they should offer free return if you choose to mainstream sales on line.

Besides waiting for two months to receive part of my order,the clothes are very poorly made with very thin materials. And super small. One xl doesn’t fit and I’m usually a large. I would never order again and it wasn’t worth the price. They will probably fall apart after one washing. How is it that all these negative reviews are five stars. I’m sure I checked before I ordered and it feels like part of the heist.

I ordered two sweatshirts, extra large, and wow they are wicked small!! I am so sad!!! And the order took forever to get here... but mostly... they are wicked small. So you ladies out there that are a dd.. don’t bother ordering from here.

I was that angry that I paid £55 for jeans that are of the same quality as a primark £10 jeans that I threw my entire order off of my balcony. I was make more than sure that myself and neither of my 15k social media followers buy from you either. Absolutely shocking customer service. Also, I paid for next day delivery and they arrive almost a week late

Their clothing is decent albeit pretty spice boy-esque. My issue is not with their clothing, but their ANNOYING PROMOTIONS! CONSTANTLY sending me texts because I mistakenly bought one jumper from them 2 years ago trying to grab more money from me! The worst part? They say "send you text to 8700" or whatever to stop the annoying messages, and here's the kicker, they expect ME to PAY to stop THEM from sending me promotions!? I never gave my permission for them to use my personal data to contact me regarding sales, so this is a clear and obtuse breach of GDPR (of which I have now made 3 complaints about), and to make it worse they as are so arrogant as to make the only way to stop them spamming me with messages, is by paying even more! Complete scum company. Will NEVER buy from them again.

We ordered sweatshirts on February 15 and never received them. We have tried contacting Inspired Clothing for 2 months now, and they will not respond.

Ordered some clothing over the Christmas period. Clothing arrived and the item was creased so i decided to iron the product on a low heat. As i lowered the iron onto the T-shirt it put a very small hole into the clothing. I was very disappointed with the material used as this wouldn't have happened to a Ralph Lauren T-Shirt for example or any other brand. Thought i was try my luck with the support team but due to this being an iron mark and not a manufacturing fault they are unable to do anything. Through the email i was informed i was using the iron at a high temperature. How do they know how high my iron was at ? In the end i gave up with this as the item was such low value. When looking on their website after this T-Shirt issue, i notice the Jacket i ordered in the Sale from £50 had gone down to £39. Normally any clothing shop would say as long as you have the receipt you will be able to return the product and purchase a new one at the current price, But not Bee Inspired clothing. Once again i emailed customer service and was informed that it need to still have the tag on the item but i took this off when i tried the jacket on think it wouldn't go down in price. Surely they would just be able to match me at £39 and give me the difference? Overall im very disappointed in Bee. After all of this they have lost yet another customer. Highly recommend staying away from this company. Just wish i looked through their reviews first.

Worst customer service going… ordered grey hooded track top, they sent me a luminous yellow t-shirt, wrong size with the wrong invoice inside. It took 3 emails to explain this to them with them asking the same questions on each email, simple things like 'whats your order number?'. They said they can’t send out the correct item until I return the wrong item. Bare in mind, I paid next day delivery for the item in the first place, so this was now turning out to be over a 7 day turnaround. I wouldn't have mind if they offered to send out the correct item while I was finding time to return the wrong one. The T-shirt they sent was in the sale section and looking at it, probably wasn't selling well, and with the nearest DPD drop off for the return been miles away, it was super inconvenient but they seemed happy to lose a returning customer for the sake of a yellow t-shirt that although was no use to me, would of been easier to say, don't bother returning it for the inconvenience and with it been such a low value item or return it when you get chance.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent me a faulty t-shirt and are refusing to even exchange it. Telling me they don't think it's a manufacturing fault !!!! Beware of this scam company

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers... was emailed saying will arrive in 3 to 5 working days... it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing... I've emailed there site about it and I have heard nothing back... so paid out £170 for nothing!?!?!?! Plus tried calling customer service but no answer!?!? What the am I going to do!?!?!

My partner ordered a top in large recieved to find it was xs on label but in a large labelled bag! So I arranged return for refund and so I ordered it again as he didnt want to wait 2 weeks for exchange as it was on sale so I ordered again it came and the same thing happened xs instead of a large so we now have 2 that have been sent back and I refuse to order again for the same to happen that's to charges plus 2 lots of postage I've paid and yet still have no top!!!
