“I've now had three orders with Beerhunter. So I now thought best to write a review after more than one order. There seems sometimes a bit of a disconnect between sales and the warehouse at times as incomplete orders have arrived without any explanation. However once I've spoken to people, they have promptly corrected the order with extreme urgency. One of these issues was with the item being out of stock. Therefore only part received, which was corrected. Maybe they can comminucate with more accuracy through the whole process, As the email confirmed order receipt and then a tracking number. No explanation of a part shipment. I would love to give them a five but they use the Post Office to deliver and that can be a bit hit and miss. I will certainly order from them again as the product is good and when you can speak to a human there is a willingness to get things sorted promptly.”

“Overall I score BeerHunted very highly.... the prices (for large quantities) are very competitive, the wheat beer is lovely and the website is clear and easy to use. To improve they need to improve their delivery service as it consistently takes 5 working days to arrive. Also there is no tracking service provided, and their webpage just indicates the order is "complete" when in fact it hasn't arrived yet. Very frustrating. But overall, I still highly recommend Beer Hunter. Much better than other competitors I have used.”

“They stocked what I was looking for. I did click and collect thinking it was local ,when it was from their warehouse . So i needed to pay for delivery...Called them and they sorted my problem straight away with no hassle. Very happy with my purchase . It was wrapped well.”

“Last year I ordered with Beer Hunter, with no issues. This year I had to chase up a delivery which was late.. to find out that it was 'lost' with their courier. I fear that had I not chased this up, I would have not received my order at all. It would be useful to be more shipping details on the order status, which I was actively checking with no updates. After emailing Beer Hunter, I had no prompt reply, so I took to Facebook. They were most helpful on this platform, my order issues were swiftly resolved and it arrived before Christmas. Despite this, I would definitely recommend Beer Hunter for their range of goods that are hard to find elsewhere. I think the order errors were not down to Beer Hunter themselves, but more could be done to reassure the customer as to the status of their order. Thanks!”

“First time ordering. Good service. Very helpful staff . Only problem I had was leffe beer pack I ordered and was advertise wasn't the one I received. Advertised as two glasses but only had the one..having said that I will use them again.”

“The order took over 7 days to ship, however when I contacted customer services they were quick to reply and able to find my order and sort the issue. My order was sent out the next day.”

“Product looks great however when delivered all the internal packaging had collapsed and had to take it all apart and re assemble. It was lucky no bottles had broken and they were all loose”
