“Very pleased with my purchase of a Jimmys 5L mini keg.. however it was stated that if ordered before a Thursday 12 noon, I'd receive my delivery for that following weekend. That wasn't the case, it was almost 7 days later when my beer turned up 😔”

“Postage was very slow and damaged when it arrive. This is probably out of Beerhunters control. And I must say they replaced the damaged part of the order for me. I will use them again and see what happens next time.”

“Unfortunately when my first order arrived it was incorrect - mistakes happen, but it was still annoying as I was ordering Gluten Free beer and a standard one turned up. That said - I could not possibly fault the service I was then offered. The new box arrived the next day before I'd sent back the incorrect ones. I was sent a pre-paid label to send the others back. I would definitely recommend this company. 😊”

“The beers were ordered late 19th and arrived 24th, this spans a weekend so not too long a wait, but not as fast as some companies. The beers are good (as expected), and well packaged. I may well try them again.”

“I was fairly pleased with my delivery, there was a minor problem with my order, but this was swiftly and professionally dealt with, by Jo from customer service, I look forward to ordering again from the vast Beerhunter range, On a final note the packaging that the beers arrive in is excellent and keeps the bottles etc in good order”

“The selection of gluten-free beer was very good, lots of variety and very high-quality beer. I would give this 5 stars but it took a long time for the delivery to arrive and communication about delivery dates was not great. Sort out your logistics and I will definitely buy again.”

“Took a couple of days to respond to a twitter enquiry. Delivered via yodel with no problems. Box is standard cardboard with no outer labels which is great disguise as an Xmas present!”

“This is the third time I have ordered Budvar from Beer Hunter. +The first two were delivered by Royal Mail and brought by my postman who knows me well. This time I could not track my order and when I queried Jo at Beer Hunter said my order had been returned by Yodel! I did not receive any communication from Yodel at all. Help by Beer Hunter was good, but they have been let down by Yodel's poor delivery service.”

“Placed order for next day delivery. Unfortunately this did not happen. I contacted Beerhunter who refunded the delivery charge. When package did arrive, box was torn and looked like it had been dropped. Not good when you have beer and glass in it. However, It was as described and happy with this. Possibly look at who handles your deliveries, As that has let you down. But I would buy again from Beerhunter as good value for money on the wide range of products.”
