“Placed an order intended to be a Christmas Present and the package arrived a day earlier than expected which was no problem. The packaging was excellent to safeguard the amount of glass involved.Overall could not fault anything.”

“When my parcel was delivered, the beer glass inside was broken and the box outside had been disfigured. Really disappointing as this was a Christmas Present for my older brother. Also very dangerous as I almost cut my hand open when opening up the box because of the broken glass. Please ensure you package your items more robustly (and with more padding such as bubble wrap) to stop such a delicate item getting broken. I am inclined to ask for a refund as I had to buy my brother another Christmas present because I did not feel happy presenting him with such a mess. I have taken photos as evidence if you so require. Thank you. Sarah”

“I ordered some gin for Christmas. Website said it would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately it will not, but their customer service in my opinion (28 years in front of house catering) was amazing! Thank you for your help and calling after my email. Will use your service again. Happy Christmas Marc”

“Missing items out of the order, spoke with "customer services" who have tried to put it right but still missing part of my order. Basically I have paid £38.45 for a standard bottle of Hendricks Gin and a tacky cardboard box. Will not be using Beer Hunter again.”

Hi Jim I am sorry you are not happy with your order, As soon as you notified my colleague of the issue with the original order I sent out the missing items immediately which arrived and were signed for. “didnt think it was value for money. could have bought the same bottle of kracken for £23.50 in tesco,s means ive litterally spent almost £20 on 2 bottles of cola and a wooden box.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery & at a reasonable price. Only one problem, one of the bottles leaked! (the cap must have been loose). The box was well packaged so the cardboard soaked it up. Would order from here again.”

“I contacted Stephen at Beer Hunter on the off chance that they would help me create a bespoke hamper for a client of mine and boy did they deliver. Custom service was brilliant, items arrived next day very well packaged and quality of products is fantastic. All in all a very good service and would definitely recommend!”
