“Placed my order for some early German fest beers on a Monday, the beer was delivered the next day. Terrific choice of beer, these guys are my go to company when I need fresh quality German beers Excellent service and great tracking info too. “I joined Beer Hunter because I love Dunkel. Beer Hunter offers a good variety of Dunkels and deliver very quickly and the packaging is safe and robust. The only suggestion I can make is for Beer Hunter to offer a mixed case of Dunkels (Paulaner, Erdinger, Weihenstephaner, Augustaner, ABK) . I'm guessing they'd have to break up a 12 case of other Dunkels but I'd be happy to pay extra for a Dunkel variety pack.”

“Good service. Dispatched within in a 3 days and can take up to 5 for delivery, which of being picky could be improved but just keep the stocks up and don't leave yourself waiting on the DPD delivery van 😀”

“You sent me a wrong beer and don’t even admit it. I ordered Früch Kolsch Radler 2,5 % advertised on your website. But beer you sent to me is Früch Kolsch natur radler 2,2%. When contacted your customer service was told they have just rebranded the cans and changed the recipe and my ticket was closed before I got to answer back what I did but my email was just ignored. It is correct that Früch has rebranded their cans however the can for Früch Kolsch radler 2,5% is with yellow stripes. The beer you say is the same and sent to me is 2.2% and can is with red stripes. This beer is not even advertised on your website so it is false advertising. Never order from this place again.”

“I ordered and selected my home address as delivery address. I the failed to notice the small print selecting delivery method. This defaults to post office. This was most inconvenient for me. I am 85 with a heart condition. The post office is 15 minutes walk and the thought of carrying 2 cases of beer back was impossible. I had to arrange for a friend to collect. As you had my delivery address why can you not simply deliver? What percentage of your customers choose post office over home??”

“Excellent Augustiner beer delivered next day. Strange that it was delivered to my local coop rather then home after I selected home delivery, will have to watch how I pay next time (something to do with ‘shop pay’ seems to default to local shop). Good date as always from Beer Hunter (February).”

“I have been delighted with the Lager i have bougjht from you. Your process is swift. However my last delivery was left at an office in Newent. I am gertting on a bit now so home delivery is important to me. I can be sure that stuff from Amazon will be delivered to my home and left securely in my porch. I can drive to Majestic in not much more time than to Newent, ind be able to park ouside the door. Your delivery agent neither made an effort to speak to me nor leave the box in my porch which is accepted by amazon, the Post Office and your delivery firm. Yes you provide great products and choice and process order efficiencly. But i am not sure i want to spend some of the time left chasing parcels. I may be the only person irritated by people under pressure trying to get by, so my response to your nexy question gived no weight to mt answer to this.”
