“Was ordered as a birthday present, got broke in transit. wasn’t told by beer hunter I had to chase up myself! Glass in Replacement was also cracked, very poor!!”

Hi Dean, thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit, we have every faith that they will arrive as they are despatched, and I am sorry this has not been the case for you. “Great beer but delivery sometimes does not quite meet what is offered - ordered this for a fathers day gift on Wednesday (having seen lots of order now for fathers day ads) but it was not delivered until the following Monday.”

“Of the 6 cases I have bought since starting last December. The last one with the missing Beer made me sad as it was one of my favourites. Generally Beer Hunter (Especially Belgium) sells some quality beer, which was nit easy to get hold of before. One minor point is that I don't a Beer Hunter glass in every case. If it was a quality Beer Vessel, then I wouldn't mind but it's basic. On the Whole VERY GOOD!”

“Bit disappointed, fantastic range of beers so thought I'd give it a try, ordered on a Saturday encouraged by the next day delivery offer, didn't expect it till probably Tuesday, rang on the Thursday to enquire where order was to be told "we are very busy due to father's day" finally turned up sat. It was a big order of 48 bottles or so, stuff i can get locally without all the packaging so I'll probably stick to that next time unless it's some really special beer.”

“After visiting the brewery in Brugge I thought it would be a nice surprise to order the Zot beer for my husband on Father’s Day. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. With the beautiful weather we are having he is enjoying his beer in the garden so a big thank you.”

“Ordered on Tuesday and it said Friday delivery, nothing turned up and it was after 5 so couldn't make contact on Friday afternoon with anyone left a email, had to wait till Monday to get a response which just give me the tracking number to DPD which didn't work till the Tuesday, As I went away on the Saturday I changed the delivery address to my neighbours house for the Wednesday but unfortunately it was left on top of my bins in full view for everyone to see in the rain , luckily a friend noticed it and took it in.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review, your order has been checked and it was ordered on a standard delivery which is despatched in 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on day 4 and delivered on day 5. I am sorry to hear that the courier left this outside in the rain, we will be raising a complaint with them.
