“Ordered on Tuesday and it said Friday delivery, nothing turned up and it was after 5 so couldn't make contact on Friday afternoon with anyone left a email, had to wait till Monday to get a response which just give me the tracking number to DPD which didn't work till the Tuesday, As I went away on the Saturday I changed the delivery address to my neighbours house for the Wednesday but unfortunately it was left on top of my bins in full view for everyone to see in the rain , luckily a friend noticed it and took it in.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review, your order has been checked and it was ordered on a standard delivery which is despatched in 3 to 5 working days, your order was despatched on day 4 and delivered on day 5. I am sorry to hear that the courier left this outside in the rain, we will be raising a complaint with them.

“Still haven’t received my order, was only informed it was delayed but no further updates. I have also not received an apology for the delay. So far I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“Lovely beer. 12 bottles with ceramic tops. One bottle opened without a pop unfortunately and its contents were flat. The rest were superb. Haven't followed it up as I expect you'd just get a £5 voucher.”

“Communication was very limited. I ordered a Father’s Day gift which was damaged in postage, beerhunter did not contact me about this and after a lot of chasing up they said a replacement would be sent out with next day delivery. This was on Thursday. The replacement didn’t arrive until late afternoon on Father’s Day. Everybody, including my dad were very disappointed. For customer service to only be an email function which is open weekdays 10-3 is unacceptable. People have jobs. Also your instagram lists an outdated phone number. Surely around a presumably busy time for your business such as Father’s Day you should be contactable in the days leading up to this time.”

“We wanted to send a suprise to some dear friends. Unfortunately they were not at home when the beers arrived and were left with a neighbour. Timing wasn't favourable being a Bank holiday weekend. The negative issue is the greeting card which was supposed to be included just wasn't there - so, our friends didn't know who had sent the package. I eventually had to text and ask if they'd received anything and they told they'd got it. The website is really set up more for online ordering to your own address and not straightforward to send as a gift. I did see a customer feedback comment saying the writing on the greeting card was very small, I didn't think that none would be included. It's taken the pleasure away a bit, by having to ask about receipt and not knowing whether / when the neighbour managed to hand the package over.”
