“I am sorry to say that I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the recent case I purchased from you. Not only were the beers not as I would have expected, but if a glass is supplied then the least the supplier could do is to ensure that it will contain at least the amount of beer contained in one bottle, ie 330 millilitres. The glass supplied did not even hold half of one bottle”

“Responded to an email, order now to get delivery ready for Easter. As a lot of family we're coming over, all drivers, ordered a case of non alcoholic beers. Did not arrive until well after Easter. Disappointing, but at least I have some good choice beers for the future. However, will not order again by a response email, will just be better organised like I usually am.”

“Excellent service; purchasing is made simple as the website is straightforward and easy to navigate. The loyalty club is a good idea and offers members reasonably good discounts against points earned...but best of all is that Beerhunter allows you access to great beers, which, due to Brexit and leaving the EU, otherwise had become very difficult, and in many cases too expensive to purchase!”

“Excellent professional service. Easy to order from as the website (shop) is straightforward and easy to navigate. Since Brexit and the exit from the EU obtaining quality beers from Europe has become more and more difficult, but Beerhunter alleviates the issue - thanks Beerhunter!”

“Having been diagnosed as having serious Celiac disease, even so called ‘gluten free’ beer was not safe for me as it was brewed from malt and barley. Greens discovery amber ale was a life saver, but I see it’s no longer available. However beers using ancient grains totally free from gluten are excellent, I can now associate with my beer drinking friends without feeling out of place with just fruit juice .”

“The choice of beers is excellent although some have been out of stock at times. The new loyalty scheme is okay although it seems there is no way of not becoming a member. I understand a numer of business use them but I'm not convinced there is any benefit other than enticing people to spend more money.”

“My 2nd order with Beerhunter hit a snag when the wrong items were delivered and during the process of arranging a refund, a snag occurred that gave the impression they were ignoring my emails. A refund was eventually actioned via PayPal and then the source of the communication problem was identified at Beerhunter. Sue at customer services went the extra mile to investigate and identify the communications error and contacted me to apologise and kindly offer a discount should I wish to make a further order. These things happen so no hard feelings and thank you Sue for your efforts to rectify the matter, best wishes Steve.”

Thanks for the review Martin, your order was placed on standard delivery which is despatched within 5 working days, it was despatched on the 5th working day. We are usually much quicker than this but we have experienced a high volume of orders recently and despatch has been taking a little longer.
