Idiots sorry but never put for any claim said I signed something on l8ne they sent email with signature is definitely not mine also constantly sending messages asking for a payment for service saying I received a cheque off provident now need to pay for their services why would I ask anyone I have to pay to get money I'm owed and no one listened and wonder why I got mouthy

Hi just annoyed I didn't realise but for ages belmond @co has been messaging me for ages saying about provident I forgot that I did send off a form ages ago but they didn't respond so I forgot about it I know provident owes lots of people money I thought it got done automatically to everyone then belmond messaged say they will invoice me £150 I got £419 back from provident I am not happy with these charges with living prices gone up and paying provident for years it doesn't seem worth it in the end

36% I was charged by you for sorting my claim with provident, absolute rip off. Provident are having to pay this money back to people because of ripping us all of with high interest rates etc. I will be taking advice on what I've been charged by this company. Maybe if enough people stand together Belmond will be paying compensation too. I don't mind paying for services but 36%? Come on guys be realistic

Alot of people talking about provident here. I set up direct debit too. Recieved email to say jow much I was getting and to pay it straight in my bank as they will take their cut 7 days later. Rubbish got email today to say they are taking their cut this week and I haven't had cheque yet. Cancelled direct debit can't afford to pay them without my compensation

They are very helpful did my loans at home, morses, all paid out and have just received my cheque from provident so thankyou belmond

I was asked to apply for compensation from Provident , I was told they were due to pay out in July , I have sent two emails requesting an update and an approx ammount and date and have heard nothing . very frustrating.....

I've just realised that I've set up to receive my compensation but you asked me to set up a direct debit and stupid me did why would you ask me to do this I'm not happy is this a scam

Had a claim with Belmond about car finance, they said they have heard from finance company and was with one of there claims advisors but still not had a response in over 3 weeks.

Although they have secured me a good offer from one of my previous lenders, for which I am thankful, they are now dragging their heels a bit with actually securing the money. The offer was made on 23rd April and it is now the 9th May and despite being told I would receive the money this week, there is no sign of it and they have literally stopped responding to my emails asking for a simple update. I understand that they might be having issues with the lender, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication, especially when I'm clearly very anxious about it...they are receiving a 36% fee from me after all!

Very easy process gave them the basic information and they contacted me on a regular basis to let me know what progress was being made. 1st class and efficient service and outcome-would recommend.
