“I'd been putting off organising insurance. The only off putting thing about this, was that it was a cold call, but I answered, and decided to continue with it. Glad I did, I needed insurance sorted out. The process was straightforward and Anton, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He explained everything.”

“Although I don't usually answer phone calls that come unbidden, this one turned out to be useful and I am happy that the two people I spoke to were helpful and informative about life insurance. I am happy that my insurance situation is sorted for the foreseeable future and that there are people I can ask for advice should any questions arise.”

“Discussed review of my Life Insurance, explained new policies I agreed well and pleased to have more cover for an extra few pounds per month with my current provider L&G . Kristian Waugh was a pleasure to chat to and lifted my spirits at this time of Covid-19. Happy customer ! 🙂”

“Well looked after but was somewhat put off by the 100% increase in the cost once the whole process was finished. You need to look at the quote stage so that it reflects the actual cost, or nearer to it. The staff were very helpful and were polite and were not pushy, which made a pleasant change compared to other sales companies.”

“Hayley who was in communication with my wife and I presented information in a basic clear way, which was helpful to understand as we had become confused with other providers who we felt were more sales and performance driven. We are aware that all providers are seeking increased income and performance on sales of policies, however we felt we were treated as valued customers, not just another sales target.”
