“The whole telephone call from beginning to being handed over to the Sales Consultant was professional, dealt with in a timely manner and not pushy and full explanation (not jargon) was used throughout. Full credit to Ryan and the person before him for the call and for the person who trains up the personnel. The cost for cover suited what I required and I have also asked my friend to look from which I will ask the Team to give her a call too. Handled correctly word of mouth recommendations can travel a long way x”

“I found James very understanding and willing to try different affordable options exploring all avenues with great patience. I have been looking into different insurance policies since the new year and feel that the products selected are exactly what i need for the next stage of my life. “Although I don't usually answer phone calls that come unbidden, this one turned out to be useful and I am happy that the two people I spoke to were helpful and informative about life insurance. I am happy that my insurance situation is sorted for the foreseeable future and that there are people I can ask for advice should any questions arise.”
