“I don't usually answer these calls, but was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of both guys I spoke to. No one was pushy and everything was really explained well. I took a critical illness insurance at a very reasonable price and they were happy to amend the product to suit me. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Very pleased and surprised at the great service.”

“This was a cold call, which I don’t normally take. However, the staff were courteous and helpful. Specifically, Harry, the young gentleman that dealt with my life insurance quote. He was patient and explained everything to me in a succinct manner. I am very pleased with the cover. I will probably return for some other products and would recommend your services.”
