“Spent over an hour on the phone with the promise of you offering my same life insurance cover ‘cheaper’. Realised afterwards that to save the couple of pounds you reduced the years of cover! I thought I was still covered up to the age of 90 but you had reduced it by a year and not told me.”

“Seems after setting up life insurance to cover my new mortgage it was cancelled and I wasn't informed until I rang to make sure all was OK with the policy , then I was told the news it had been cancelled after it was set up . Now I have no cover and my new mortgage starts in three days . They did try and sort another life cover but was told they couldn't help me . I feel If I was told asap about it being cancelled I would have had just over two months to look elsewhere. Not happy at all !”
