“Thank you James for translating my financial objectives of Mortgage Life cover, critical illness cover and to cover funeral expenses. The premiums are very affordable and I appreciated the extra consideration from the Insurance provider regarding my family health history. I am very happy with these finabcial arrangements and the level of service provided yesterday.”

“I was miss sold the policy with information that was false (I was told my present policy was invalid and could not be claimed upon). I checked with my current insurance company and the policy is valid and valued far higher than your agent told me it was worth and for less a premium than you quoted. I have canceled the policy you sold me and I am very unhappy with the agent from your company who was pushy and misleading. I would not recommend your company under any circumstances.”

“Was helped out today by Jess who made the whole process simple and straightforward. I am well informed on everything and wasn’t left confused after the phone call. Process was long but thanks to the enthusiasm and helpfulness it seemed to fly by. Everything was laid out simply and if I wasn’t sure on anything Jess was quick to inform me.
