“Jessica was very knowledgeable and polite in her service and the application was straight forward for both of us. I'm thrilled that we are already covered, well before our mortgage kicks in. As I have her contact details, I will call her to discuss about building and contents insurance when we purchase the property end of November 2022.”

“My call was with Dan/Daniel He was very knowledgeable explaining a product that suits my budget and life term We did have a few laughs throughout filling my details in but I think it’s important for the customer to feel valued ( I and he was conscious of the time he had to wrap up the call) I worked in telesales and always thought the customer was rushed and felt devalued Moving forward as your company for you is always make the customer feel valued , and they will pass their experience on I certainly did few valued and will be passing my experience on Thanku”

“Gentleman I dealt with was extremely pleasant. My circumstances are not the easiest as my work has a significant demand so my policy was organised over a few weeks with several calls. Got more cover for the same price as my existing policy as it was originally set up for mortgage and add-ons so my partner has something if the worse happened. By consolidating into one policy gave a larger pay out. Just need to watch the Mrs now and hope she don't push me down the stairs at any point lol. I'll keep this quiet just in case.😉”
