“The agent was personable, took time to get to know me and understand my needs and lived experience and was able to tailor his advice to comprehensively and holistically suit my needs. I am ever so grateful for his time , patience and relatable personality. He was not robotic or rigid and made what would have been a stressful process so easy and effortless and time went buy. If only agent could be more like him and treat people like there is another human being at the other end of the phone and not just an account. He establish trust and I am confident in his advice based on his interaction with me today. Truly exemplary fellow!!! Other should take a cue from him”

“I was contacted one sunny afternoon while taking a breather from the chaos that is life with 6 kids! The gentleman who rang me was polite and very charming. I decided to go ahead and answer the health questions when I was made aware that I could receive £21000 more cover for the same monthly payment! 20 minutes later and I was covered. Today I had a call asking if I would now like to choose who I should leave the money to, so now I can decide who and how much in advance of my demise! A very happy, but still very young, customer!”
