“it sends a bad message to customers when you cant talk to a live person on the phone. all the times I have called not once has somebody answered . not a very good message your sending to your customers. Everybody doesn't e-mail, bad biz decision.”

“Your customer service SUCKS. It seems whoever is supposed to be answering the telephone isn't or is never there. I have a problem that needs voice contact to solve regarding my auto shipments and my available times to contact you don't seem to work with your schedule. You are not open on weekends. Not all of us have the luxury of banker's or Dr's hours.”

“Not sure yet. I have started my second bottle of Ben's Total Health for the Prostate but haven't yet seen any reduction in night time urination, which is the reason I bough the tablets. I had my prostate checked a couple of years ago and it was fine but the frequency of night time urination (anything from two to six times) is spoiling my sleep. The tablets prescribed by the doctor for that did nothing, so I am trying yours. I am generally feeling ok on your tablets: I'm a bit less tired in the mid afternoon despite poor sleep.”

“Some products worked for me, other didn't. Prostate Healer hasn't helped much, if any. I still have urgency as well as low flow symptoms, disrupted sleep, etc. However, I think that I may have experienced some improvement with Prostate Power. Not sure. Do you get better reviews from Prostate Power than from Prostate Healer? It is certainly a lot easier to take!”

“I've been using the product for almost a year, but yet to see any benefits, at times I have to cut back as it seems to produce headache side effects. I'm also taking the prostate power and healer. Hopefully through my Keto diet and work our regimen I will begin to see result soon. Dr's are constantly saying that I'm throwing my money away on such suplements, hopefully we can prove them wrong.”
