Not even worth the obligatory one star! Delivery took well over six weeks and the dress I ordered was the wrong colour and size...not to mention that it looks nothing like the picture and is of very poor quality. They want ME to pay to return it for a minimal refund. Live and Learn! This company is a money-grubbing SCAM!

I printed and emailed to them the proof of delivery.

The company works harder not refunding money even with 12 Emails showing mechandise was returned and UPS shows proof of delivery . So in my opinion that makes thiefs. What went wrong my credit card was hacked and stuff was sent to me. 18 different items was sent to me. Everyone of them were resolved except yours. How are you still in business. Want proof check Emails sent to service department.

they tell you that it has been deliver when it most assuredly has not. Try and prove it and they just say we sent it. We can't be wrong, but offer you a refund of less then 3/4 of what you have spent. Shame, shame, shame

I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT.
