“My experience with the company was good - rapid delivery. Unfortunately I don't like the taste of the bone broth, so I won't be purchasing it again.”

“I've only been taking it a few weeks so bit early to detect health benefits but certainly no side effects easy to incorporate into main meal and tasty good service prompt delivery so far so good”

“The customer service, marketing, aesthetic and quality is brilliant - that’s why I bought it. However. I find the broth (classic beef broth) completely unpalatable and the taste really lingers. I’m trying to drink it for fertility rather than for enjoyment, but have yet to find a way of making it so I don’t feel sick for a few hours after. It’s a shame!”

“tracking states it's been delivered but it's not. not know where they were delivered to. try contact by phone but says not available at the moment. tried to send an email but stated will be in contact in 24 hours. sorry to say that but poor customer service. you should be able to get in touch straight away and try to solve problems quicker if anything happens. very disappointed.”

“Order on Saturday morning and received Monday morning!! You cannot beat that for service/speed. Bone broth is something I’ve wanted to get into for a while and with some recent health declines decided it was finally time! I actually really enjoy my cup of broth every morning. It’s got an easy smooth taste and I love that it’s made from australia beef bones. Already half through my tub and will be ordering more as soon as I am low!”
