“Ordered on 1st jan with a 5 day postage and packing time. It Hasn’t arrived and the tracking just says ‘cannot locate courier service’ I’ve contacted the customer service 4 times with no response, despite it saying they ‘only take 24 hours to respond. They then emailed to ask me to rate the product!! Wouldn’t recommend”

“Seems strange they are asking for a review even though I’ve tried contacting on several occasions about half empty new bottle deliveries. My advice, go elsewhere as you can find similar quality broth but with 100% better customer service support. I doubt I will purchase again and I definitely wouldn’t advise buying here unless you want to get ripped off!”

“tracking states it's been delivered but it's not. not know where they were delivered to. try contact by phone but says not available at the moment. tried to send an email but stated will be in contact in 24 hours. sorry to say that but poor customer service. you should be able to get in touch straight away and try to solve problems quicker if anything happens. very disappointed.”

“I was surprised at how long the product took to arrive! The taste is not at Al what i expected - it's far too salty. I've only had it once... I replied on receiving an email but it was not delivered! All in all very disappointing.”

“Orders are meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I didn't receive it after this time so I emailed them. Told their shipment was delayed. As they knew this, it should've been updated on their shipping terms. Then had an email to say the packaging on my item out for postage was damaged and it had been returned to them?! Not at all impressed with their service, as it seems they can't keep their story straight.”

“I really didn't like it. It bore no resemblance to the bone broth i make which is dark, beef flavoured and has a thicker texture. I could have purchased Swiss Boulion for the same watery taste. Yep disaapointed. I did write to you to express those thoughts. But had no reply.”

“Extremely salty, any of the health benefits of this expensive bone broth are negated by the amount of salt added, sad to say i 'binned' it”
