“Has been 2 weeks and I have not received it. Emailed and got no reply. Tracking doesn’t show proper details. Was happy with all my previous orders.”

“Seems strange they are asking for a review even though I’ve tried contacting on several occasions about half empty new bottle deliveries. My advice, go elsewhere as you can find similar quality broth but with 100% better customer service support. I doubt I will purchase again and I definitely wouldn’t advise buying here unless you want to get ripped off!”

“tracking states it's been delivered but it's not. not know where they were delivered to. try contact by phone but says not available at the moment. tried to send an email but stated will be in contact in 24 hours. sorry to say that but poor customer service. you should be able to get in touch straight away and try to solve problems quicker if anything happens. very disappointed.”

“I was surprised at how long the product took to arrive! The taste is not at Al what i expected - it's far too salty. I've only had it once... I replied on receiving an email but it was not delivered! All in all very disappointing.”

“Orders are meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I didn't receive it after this time so I emailed them. Told their shipment was delayed. As they knew this, it should've been updated on their shipping terms. Then had an email to say the packaging on my item out for postage was damaged and it had been returned to them?! Not at all impressed with their service, as it seems they can't keep their story straight.”

“I really didn't like it. It bore no resemblance to the bone broth i make which is dark, beef flavoured and has a thicker texture. I could have purchased Swiss Boulion for the same watery taste. Yep disaapointed. I did write to you to express those thoughts. But had no reply.”

“My item came to me less than half full and I have been waiting for responses of your team which were delayed and I am still waiting on my refund!!! It was issued on the 6th of April and still no refund in my bank ! I will never be ordering from your company again and I would not recommend anyone else do either! I was told that I was having another beef and tumeric bone broth sent out as an apology but I have nothing and I am still awaiting my refund!!!!”

“My order just arrived this morning (16th March) and I was keen to try a mug, having read all the positive comments on here...I have to say I have rarely put such a bland tasting, foul coloured product anywhere near my mouth! I followed the instructions on the container - 10ml per mug, had to add another 10ml and even then it still tasted like salty water with a fatty after taste. Definitely not recommending this and have already disposed of mine.”

“Sorry but I couldn’t drink this as it tasted and looked disgusting. Can I use it in cooking and hopefully not taste it but get the goodness from it. I’ve been watching too many murder serials on netflix.”
