“Product arrived on time. Have used it for a few weeks now and found it has improved my IBS. I also feel better in myself. I also found if I drink it at the end of the day I'm less inclined to drink a beer as is usual. I find that adding half a stock cube to broth gives it a very palatable flavour.”

“Love the products and would give 5 stars but unfortunately my favourite broth with turmeric was out of stock. The broths taste delicious and are also a greatly addition to casseroles and gravies.”

“two surprises : it's a thick liquid not the powder i expected and it's white! turns creamy when hot water added. doesn't taste a whole lot like beef but it does taste good. just a little bit too expensive so won't be buying it again. sorry.”

“Make a beef and veg with water and a table spoon of broth in a slow cooker over night most days. Have some in morning and afternoon. Tastes great and is soo good for u. Just maybe speed up process between the order and delivery.”

“I think it’s an excellent product. However, the amount you receive in the small containers isn’t very impressive. In fact, I showed it to a friend of mine and she laughed when she saw how little you get for over £30. Personally, I feel that customers should receive twice as much for the price. If the company increased the volume significantly I feel they would retain far more customers and, in the long run, be more successful. These are straitened times; people are economising - the product should meet those needs and expectations. So for me the amount you receive makes the product problematic.”

“This product is absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed it. No problems with delivery and it's a fab product. It loses a star only because of the cost. It is VERY expensive for what it is. I understand it is a quality product and comes from New Zealand, but it is still a LOT of money. If it was cheaper it is a product I could buy regularly, but unfortunately at that price, I will be buying it just to help with my recovery from some big surgery I have in the autumn. After that, I will be going back to making my own bone broth which can be made for a fraction of the price. Yes, it's a faff, but if it saves me £25 I don't mind. It's a shame because if it was a bit cheaper I would definitely be a regular customer. If you are loaded, buy this product. It's delicious and made me feel full for hours.”

“Great product, and excellent customer service. Worth 6*. There were a couple of small problems; could not apply a discount code and product shelf life. Both were dealt with efficiently, money refunded quickly, I cannot think of anything that they could have done better, probably the best customer service I have seen in the UK, I only gave 4* as the shelf life was not good. It was only 10 weeks from receipt, which seems strange as the product should last 8 weeks even when opened. I am curious if it was older stock, or if it is always short, and if it can be frozen to extend it. Anyway this means that I must order small quantities, and lots of deliveries are not good for the environment as well as being more expensive.”

“I have heard about the benefits of taking grass fed beef liver capsules on the internet. So I purchased the Best Bone Broth capsules. I have been taking them for a week now. I open the capsules and put the powder into my smoothies. The actual capsule is a bit uncomfortable for me to take. I’m hoping to feel and see some results soon.”

“would have given a 5 star loved the taste loved that i never felt hungry or even thirsty on it ,only fault was it made me constipated so i have had to stop it for a while to get back to normal . this happened with a powered broth i tried , but never thought it would happen with this one i am giving it another try but adding wholemeal toast to it ,and maybe a couple of fig biscuits a day ,see how i go i really want to get back on it cause i loved it and it was helping my pins and needles and my numb leg ,just got find away to cancel out the annoying side effects of the constipation”
