“Orders are meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I didn't receive it after this time so I emailed them. Told their shipment was delayed. As they knew this, it should've been updated on their shipping terms. Then had an email to say the packaging on my item out for postage was damaged and it had been returned to them?! Not at all impressed with their service, as it seems they can't keep their story straight.”

“The price on the website was a fair bit less than the price I was charged and the welcome discount wasn't taken off. When I contacted the company the welcome dis ount was taken off but my query on price was ignored and ignored again after a second email. Delivery was very slow”
