Horrible customer service, my item arrived and was missing several pieces.

1st of all I had no idea they are located in China and that they were going to take so long to ship. I placed my ordered Nov, 11 it is now Dec, 9 and I have not received the item. I emailed them for an update and it's been past 24 hrs and they have yet to respond! They have terrible customer service, this company is a Joke.

Only received part of my order. The other part says canceled and the number for customer Service does not work. I never got an email or my money back from them saying why they canceled my order.
