Aloha, Mr Barreiro, We are very sorry you could not make it to your snorkeling tour due to weather on 1/27. As stated in my previous message, your tour was canceled due to weather on 1/27/22. We issued a refund on your credit card on that same day at 10:26 AM, as you'll be able to see in the email our concierge sent to you shortly after the credit was issued. I will resend the email showing your CC credit receipt to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding, and Aloha, Alvaro
