Ravefare.com is a scam. I booked a flight with Ravefare.com to travel to New York to attend an important event. Ravefare debited my account and promised to send me my flight confirmation. Five days to my flight date, I called Ravefare for my confirmation ticket. The man said it will be sent that evening. I called two days after, I got the same response. My flight was on Monday morning but I could not reach them all Sunday. I called the airline only to find out that Ravefare did not even book my flight. At 3:30 am, I was able to speak with an agent who told me coldly that my flight was not confirmed, my ticket was canceled on Saturday and money returned to my account. I got the same response on Monday but have not received my money to my account on Tuesday evening. Ravefare messed up my vacation and refused to return my money. Ravefare is a scam. Beware of Ravefare.com.

This company is a FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I bought a ticket and received confirmation and it was a fake email. The reservation didn't exist in United Airlines. I called them and they wanted me to pay more $700 more of a $200 ticket. This is a total fraud. I'm surprise that booking buddy is recommending this website as a reliable company to buy ticket. Please Do not use this company

SCAM company! STAY AWAY! I booked two tickets two months ago. Realized today that I never got confirmation. Company says the two tickets were "declined" but they never informed me. "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." STAY AWAY!

Be aware!!! I Booked a one way flight from Portland to Moline, Illinois at a good price. Later on received an email saying my ticket was pending, and that there was no price guarantee. My card had not been charged. I called them. They told me to be patient and it would take 4 to 5 hours. I called again and was told they could see my ticket purchase and someone would call and check on me but be patient. It would take 4 to 5 hours. I was called by Gavin. I was then told that I am on a promotional ticket and would not be allowed to take any luggage, no carry one with me on the flight or even check a bag. Not even if i wanted to pay for a bag in the hold. Gavin and I had a running conversation about the terms of my purchase. He said he check with the airline to see what he could do. What he would do for me was upgrade my ticket for another $200+ each or get my on a different flight for twice the price I paid. I asked for a cancellation to no avail. He told me I had bought the tickets even though my credit card had not been charged yet. I asked him for a confirmation number, which thankfully he gave me. Then I called United. I had an 2 economy tickets. United said it sounds like you are getting scammed, as no problem taking a bag. I never received a confirmation email from them. Thank Goodness I got the confirmation number in my phone conversation with Gavin. This was a 6 hour ordeal. However, I did get my tickets at a greatly reduced price, but I’m not sure the anxiety and the hassle were worth it. Lesson

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! They pretend to have flights available at cheap prices and then they will call or email you back in several hours telling you that the airlines have cancelled that flight and then they will try to sell the you something else!

They change the ticket price after you schedule it. They have a note in their website that reads "WE ARE ONE CALL AWAY, Change or cancel flights..." but you call and they tell you that you have to do it directly with the airline. You call the airline, and they tell you that you have to do it through the agency. It is a back and forth thing that doesn't solve your problem.

You book the fare as it looks like a great deal. You get a legitimate confirmation by immediate email BUT you then get a call later stating you got such a great deal because it does NOT INCLUDE carry on, checked bag, or seat assignment. I ended up paying almost double the other prices to get the flight because you cannot cancel with them unless you give them the original payment.

This is a scam company. I booked business class. They call and tell you you can’t take bags. How the F can I go to England for 3 weeks with no luggage They tell you they can’t refund but they have premium economy for similar price. At this point I don’t have much choice so I book with them for premium. Never hear from them again so I heck with airline to make sure we have seats. When we check in we have seats but only for basic economy. Cost me another $1600 to upgrade at airport. Stay well clear of this company

This is a scam. I received voice mails within a day of purchasing this ticket saying they did not want me to have trouble at the airport. They also sent an email saying the same. I responded to the email that I wanted the issue in writing, please let me know what is going on. They did not respond. I sent 2 more emails over the next week asking what was going on. No reply. When I called, they said that the ticket that I bought for $385 had a waiting list, and I could upgrade for over $1000. I said I did not want to do this, please cancel the purchase. They said they would need to charge me the original price as a cancellation fee. She seemed eager to get me to ask her to cancel it - then she could charge me. I asked why I would need to pay to cancel a ticket that did not exist - how can you "buy" a waiting list ticket? She said that they already prepared the fare, and that I would be charged - even though it had not been charged to my credit card yet. She said that they could do this because I did not answer the phone when they called, like it was my fault. As I said, I had sent 3 emails that they did not respond to. I asked the name and id number of the person who I was talking to - she said she could not provide that information. When I pressed, she told me that her name was Amber Green and that she had told me already, which she had not. Not sure that was her real name. I had to cancel my credit card. The low prices on best ticket fare are too good to be true. Do not buy them. This cost me time, and the ticket prices went up, so it ended up costing me money as well.

I have had the same experience: found a super low airfare, booked it, then received a message to call their agent. Upon speaking with the agent I was informed that it was a non-refundable ticket, no online check-in, no seat selection as well as no personal item, no carry-on nor any checked luggage. The agent seemed helpful and "called the airline" to upgrade my ticket to accommodate checked luggage—which I was then informed would cost an additional $600 EACH WAY for my $860 round trip ticket. Definitely a scam! I promptly locked my card (no charge appeared yet), and will keep monitoring any further activities.

Took 400$ and wouldn't give me the tickets unless I paid 400$ more. They said non refundable and can't be changed.

Was told that my ticket's "cabin" (aka class) wouldn't allow for a carry-on or personal item. If I wanted that I need to upgrade tickets. No mention on their website about such conditions. The travel agent (supposedly "Rhett Buttler") was very rude and argued with me. I contacted American Airlines (who the tickets would be for) - both their website and a representative confirmed that ALL cabins allowed for a carry-on and a personal item. I called Best Airfares back and was transferred to the same agent. I told him what I learned and wanted to proceed with purchasing the ticket. He said he'd take care of it. I then received an email saying my boarding pass would be sent 24-hours prior to departure, but haven't received a ticket. I then checked with AA and my reservation had been canceled. I've called Best Airfares back and asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told it would be 3-4 hours before I would be called back.

This company has deceptive practices. They also operate as Tarifasodeal.com which also uses the same deceptive practices. I purchased tickets online, only to receive a call from them a few hours later telling me that there were restrictions on my tickets, and told me I needed to spend extra money to get what I wanted that was on my original purchase. They told me that I was not allowed to bring ANY baggage, not even a carry on. I was also told that I needed to be to the airport 3 hours prior to my flight, and that my flight times were subject to change. NONE of theses restrictions were listed on the page prior to completing my transaction. The representative from their company was very rude & demanding & when I told him that these restrictions were NOT on my information page prior to my purchase, and that my reservation needed to be canceled, as this was not what my purchase included. His only response over & over again was that my purchase was non-refundable & that they had already charged my card for the purchase. Now, I'm fighting to get my money back, even though they have yet to issue me those "tickets" ! TOTAL farse - should be put out of business.

We just had two death in our family and are planning a funeral and they tell you about the restrictions ( no carry ones etc.) About it after your purchase. We do not need this type of pressure when you are grieving! They are not concerned at all about their customers!!! Just getting more money. The airline does still have economy seats available.

What a nightmare!!! My fault, I should have read the reviews! You end up paying the double for half of what they promised. Try to reason with a rep that hardly speaks English. After a long discussion you are told if you cancel you don’t get your money back. If you keep the reservation you are allowed ZERO baggage except for a small purse with ID and medication!!! What a nest of rats! BEWARE!

I would give a below 1 if possible. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. I purchased a ticket for a flight on United, got charged on my CC only to go to the airport and there’s no ticket and no trace of United ever having issued the ticket. Was forced to buy a ticket on the spot at full price the day of travel. When tried to contact them, they pretend that a supervisor will call you back but they are all located outside of the country and no one calls back. This company is a fraud and should be reported to the FTC and should be banned from selling anything online.

Seriously? List a price slightly under the airlines currently listed price. "Book" ticket WITH a confirmation number. 10 minutes later you get a call...."ooops! fare went up significantly. (yeah, like $80 OVER what the airline publishes.' S - C - A - M!
