We.had the exact same experience as everyone else, apparently. Best airfares site showed a great price for roundtrip tickets, so we attempted to book online. Received an email saying they needed to speak with us regarding our booking, so i called the number in the email..the number was for Best Airfares voicemail, which was of course, full. So I then tried calling the number listed on the emailed confirmation..on a side note, the email confirmation was just a reiteration of the orginal order and stated vety clearly that " no tickets had been purchaed". Back to the story...was able to reach an agen, who transferred me to another agent who could help me, supposedly. The agent was a male named Joy (insert giant eyeroll) who booked the flights, then told me there were restrictions associated with the flight. The restrictions being that the ticktes could not be cancelled (ok), there was no carryon luggage allowed (odd), and no luggage could be checked (deal breaker). At this point I.stated, hold the fort, why can't we check any bags? Was given a lame excuse that this was a promotional deal and the airlines wouldnt alliw it, to which I replied, no deal and asked that our order be cancelled. Joy restated that i couldnt cancel, so i asked to speak with his supervisor or a manager. Was on hold for 10 min and noone ever came on the line. So I called back...was told we couldnt cancel, i said that I beg to differ and gave them a choice, either cancel the order or I would contact the bank/ credit card company and have them refuse the charges. In addition, i will contact the BBB, the attorney general, my attorney, and anyone else who will lusten regarding their fraudulent and unethical business practices. So far, no charges have shown up, but its only been 12 hrs since i last spoke with them.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They advertise good fares but once booked you are screwed! First of all, even though your flying on a reputable carrier, you must go by Best Airfares policy. They call you within minutes of the booking to let you know this very impotant information which is not mentioned on their website.They only allow 1 personal item less than 7 lbs. You have the option to pay double to get the carry on! And you have FLY WAITLIST. Which means if the flight is full, you have to wait until there is a flight that's not full. When I told, I immediately told them to cancel due to mis information. They said the tickets were non refundable and could not cancel. I advised that the email they sent said the tickets were not run and it is not confirmed until run. I also advised that I would dispute any charges. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

This company is totally a scam! I wish I read the reviews before booking flight tickets online through their website. I got same problems like other reviewers had! My credit card was charged for the tickets but I have never received confirmation and e-tickets. I checked my email inbox and spam every single day for 4 days but found nothing . I also called them every day, no one answered, only voicemail. I left messages but no one returned my calls! Part of the charge was from Frontier airlines so I tried to contact Frontier…but they no longer have live agents to talk to! Therefore I had to call my bank for help. DO NOT TRUST THEM no matter how good of their deals!! I would give them 0 star if I could!! I will file a report with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

They booked me a ticket a good price. However, although they sent me my flight information after I used my debit card to book the trip, they did not immediately send confirmation of my booking, but indicated they would contact me shortly to confirm. The next morning, I received an email asking me to call them as soon as possible. When I did, the first agent I spoke with talked to me briefly, then turned me over to another agent, who I suspect was used when it appeared a customer might be difficult to scam. I was on the phone for about an hour or more with a top notch con artist. Regulations were added that were not in my original flight schedule or changed from those I had read. This man went on and on about the truthfulness of his statements, even as held my copy of the restrictions in my hand. He was lying, and he knew that my plane fare was already in the company’s bank. I was pushed into a corner when he continued to insist I could bring no luggage and had to arrive 4 hours before my scheduled flight at 6am. He then told me he could get me on the same flight with a regular ticket and then I could bring a bag and pick a seat and arrive just 2 hours before my flight. I should have never accepted this offer. I just got so concerned about going to the airport at 2am with no carry on for my three day trip. I ended up paying twice as much for my trip as I has originally paid. Don’t ever consider this company. Bestairfares has no ethics and apparently no conscience.

Hello all, I see my experience with this shady outfit is the same as everyone else. If i could leave negative stars I would. Total and complete scam. I called my credit card company and reported this as fraud. As of today they have not tried to charge my card. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Major SCAM! I booked a $405 ticket, then was called the next morning and told this was a discounted ticket and I could not bring a purse, carry on, nor had the option to check a bag, and that I was not able to cancel. Was told it would be $585 to bring a purse, carry on or check a bag! Who Travels without ANY of these items! BAIT & SWITCH!!!! I told them I would sue, file complaints with the BBB and my attorney general....they did not charge my cc for the ticket!

TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM I booked an international trip and they called me to let me know that my tickets didn't allow me to take any luggage with me. At first I thought was a joke but wasn't. She wants to tell me that the luggage fees or whatever the case may be wasn't included on the ticket price and they want to charge me over $700 more to change my tickets.

If there was an option for Zero Stars i would have chosen it. This company has you books flights but do not provide you restrictions they implement, like not being able check on a bag or take a carryon, unless you upgrade your ticket which ends up being $300 more than if you had gone directly into the airlines website to book. I’ve filed a complaint with the government at Fedtradecommission.gov and pray you all do the same.

Worse than a scam. I booked 2 plane tickets with them last Sunday. I immediately received a copy of what I booked and their ID number for the booking. The next day they call me and tell me I can't bring a carry on and my official airline booking would be had in a few hours. The next day I still didn't hear from them so I called and they said the would get back to me in an hour. I never heard from them again so I cancelled my mastercard before they could charge it. These folks should be in jail as I was lucky to make my plans in time going directly to the airlines.

BEWARE: THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY IS A SCAM! They lie about price and then try to say it is the airlines fault. CONTACT your credit card company and give them a heads up concerning any charges after you are threatened and told you will not be refunded. You can do a CHARGE BACK on your credit card. They need to be shutdown NOW!!

they call you the next day and try to get more money say the ticket you bought doesn’t come with luggage or carry on - not even the option to buy luggage at the airport. They are scammer

Took 400$ and wouldn't give me the tickets unless I paid 400$ more. They said non refundable and can't be changed.

Was told that my ticket's "cabin" (aka class) wouldn't allow for a carry-on or personal item. If I wanted that I need to upgrade tickets. No mention on their website about such conditions. The travel agent (supposedly "Rhett Buttler") was very rude and argued with me. I contacted American Airlines (who the tickets would be for) - both their website and a representative confirmed that ALL cabins allowed for a carry-on and a personal item. I called Best Airfares back and was transferred to the same agent. I told him what I learned and wanted to proceed with purchasing the ticket. He said he'd take care of it. I then received an email saying my boarding pass would be sent 24-hours prior to departure, but haven't received a ticket. I then checked with AA and my reservation had been canceled. I've called Best Airfares back and asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told it would be 3-4 hours before I would be called back.

This company has deceptive practices. They also operate as Tarifasodeal.com which also uses the same deceptive practices. I purchased tickets online, only to receive a call from them a few hours later telling me that there were restrictions on my tickets, and told me I needed to spend extra money to get what I wanted that was on my original purchase. They told me that I was not allowed to bring ANY baggage, not even a carry on. I was also told that I needed to be to the airport 3 hours prior to my flight, and that my flight times were subject to change. NONE of theses restrictions were listed on the page prior to completing my transaction. The representative from their company was very rude & demanding & when I told him that these restrictions were NOT on my information page prior to my purchase, and that my reservation needed to be canceled, as this was not what my purchase included. His only response over & over again was that my purchase was non-refundable & that they had already charged my card for the purchase. Now, I'm fighting to get my money back, even though they have yet to issue me those "tickets" ! TOTAL farse - should be put out of business.

We just had two death in our family and are planning a funeral and they tell you about the restrictions ( no carry ones etc.) About it after your purchase. We do not need this type of pressure when you are grieving! They are not concerned at all about their customers!!! Just getting more money.The airline does still have economy seats available.

What a nightmare!!! My fault, I should have read the reviews! You end up paying the double for half of what they promised. Try to reason with a rep that hardly speaks English. After a long discussion you are told if you cancel you don’t get your money back. If you keep the reservation you are allowed ZERO baggage except for a small purse with ID and medication!!! What a nest of rats! BEWARE!

I would give a below 1 if possible. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. I purchased a ticket for a flight on United, got charged on my CC only to go to the airport and there’s no ticket and no trace of United ever having issued the ticket. Was forced to buy a ticket on the spot at full price the day of travel. When tried to contact them, they pretend that a supervisor will call you back but they are all located outside of the country and no one calls back. This company is a fraud and should be reported to the FTC and should be banned from selling anything online.

Seriously? List a price slightly under the airlines currently listed price. "Book" ticket WITH a confirmation number. 10 minutes later you get a call...."ooops! fare went up significantly. (yeah, like $80 OVER what the airline publishes.' S - C - A - M!

bestticketfare.com is a bait and switch scam company that advertises a very low price, gets your information, and then attempts to coerce you into giving them much more money due to a variety of “complications” I was looking for cheap flights and found a link to a very cheap flight that was through Best Ticket Fare at the URL bestticketfare.com. Against my better judgment, I entered my card and contact information and purchased a ticket. I received a seemingly professional-looking email saying “Your reservation with bestticketfare, Booking reference No: #####” , indicating they would follow up and confirm when the flight was booked [that booking never happened]. A day went by and this “reservation” had not produced any tickets, but I also had not been charged, so I called the number they sent in the email. During this phone call, they told me that this “great deal” came with some stipulations: I would be randomly assigned a seat on the plane(fair enough) and I also would not be able to bring ANY baggage onto the plane, even if I tried to pay the airline for a checked bag. This was apparently because this cheap ticket was in the “restricted cabin” of the plane, and that I would need to pay best ticket fare more money for the “flexible cabin” to be able to bring any bags onto the plane. What a bunch of bogus nonsense - can you imagine an airline unwilling to accept your money for a baggage fee? Anyway, at this point I still had not been charged, nor received tickets, but I kept getting calls and talking to the scammer calling herself "Amber" [refused to give a last name or ID number because "everyone here knows me"]. After more than a week and several wasted calls and no tickets, I finally left a message with "Amber" to cancel and followed with an email telling them "If I see any charges from your company, you can be sure my next step is to (a) file a consumer fraud complaint with the attorney general; (b) file a consumer fraud complaint with the federal trade commission; and, (c) file suit for unlawful trade practices (I’m a lawyer/litigator, so representatives (lawyers) from/for your company will get to meet me in person at that point). You will find lots of 4-5 star reviews of this company on review sites, but it’s fairly obvious that they were bot-generated, as they all follow the exact same format with different names inserted. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
