“Picked a laminate flooring I liked and called to order. Laminate not in stock but told about another 2 that were similar. Picked one we actually liked better and ordered it for delivery within 2 days. Next day the original laminate had come bak in stock and they called me to ask if I wanted to change my order. We stayed with the new one but thought it was good of them to do that. The laminate arrived as agreed and we love it. Cant wait to get it laid. Excellent service.”

“We purchased some Amtico commercial grade flooring from you, not knowing that you should not have sold it for domestic use. We were told this by the Amtico Technical Project Manager who saw them and Amtico replaced the whole batch free of charge. We were told the reason is to do with VAT payments.”
