“I ordered 49 packs of flooring. I've not managed to check them all but already i can see that two packs are damaged and unusable. The delivery driver actual said he'd sign my paperwork and then walked off so i didn't get a chance to get a copy of the paperwork let alone read through it to check what i ordered.”

“We originally saw the flooring in Carpetright. When we asked to order it we were told it would be over a week until delivery. We came home and searched on Internet and found the flooring at Best Flooring and also cheaper. We ordered Monday night and it was delivered Wednesday morning. We kept updated by email as to progress and on telephone the staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend”
