“Really impressed with the customer service I received from the team, especially Liam Walker who has been easy to contact (huge bonus!) and extremely efficient from my initial enquiry through to delivery. There was an unexpected fault on the flooring which was delivered, within minutes of my call Liam had arranged for the damaged goods to be picked up and replacements to be delivered the next day (which we’re in perfect condition). Exceptional service, would highly recommend and use again.”

“Overall good the lady on the chat line was really good and when I pointed out to her that I did not particularly like that process she said no problem I will ring you so full marks to her. Also in the current climate the fact that they could deliver directly to me within 3 working days was excellent. Many thanks ,I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Best at flooring.”

“How can I even thank you enough? Charlotte was absolutely amazing! I really needed some flooring to come next day and in the middle of this awful pandemic I knew the chances would be slim, however Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure I got my product from the supplier and next day! I really can not recommend this company enough, so thank you a million times and I wish I could leave you a trillion stars!”

“So very impressed with the service. Charlotte was so helpful and efficient with the initial enquiry and subsequent order. Next day delivery was received within timescale given. To top it all it was the best price we found for the Karndean we ordered. Thank you so much would definitely use the company again and thoroughly recommend you.”

Charlotte was very helpful advising me on how to return the unopened surplus flooring which was refunded to my account as soon as they received the boxes. “Friendly and efficient staff on telephone- very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Price for Palio flooring was very very competitive and arrived promptly on a pallet and was delivered without any damage- more than I can say for radiators ordered elsewhere which needed to be returned and replaced twice!! Delivery was quick and problem free. Cannot fault and would recommend without hesitation. Many thanks Best at Flooring.”
