“Agree with other reviewers totally misleading, gives the impression of UK based stockist. Also appears to be a single entity operating many online "companies" under different names so expect the same level of service from these vendors. Very poor customer service and slow response times. Took two days to inform me they didn't have the parts I ordered and played for, offered an alternative at the same price then a day later got a email looking for the difference in cost. Five days wasted and poor service so cancelled the order.”

“Terrible company. 4 weeks and still no parts for my bike. Do you expect people to keep their bikes off the road for this long!. They take days to answer emails. First excuse was the delivery company. Now its all to do with Brexit!!
And they are NOT a UK company. they are based in Germany, so in my mind a deliberate trick to try and get you to order from them. If I had known they were not UK based I would have used someone else.”

“My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor that as follows
1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly.
2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment.
3. Rear brake pads are so noisy.
Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.”
