“The delivery was on time and the guys were very pleasant. The first rang the day before he was due to ask if he could come at 7.45 and we said he could. Sure enough he arrived at that time. He worked hard throughout the day and almost completed in one day. He again arrived early the following morning and soon completed the whole job to a really high standard! Very pleased!”

“B326297 We had bedroom wardrobes fitted on Friday.Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Designer, surveyor and fitter John were all superb. John the fitter was fantastic arrived early and finished bang on the time he said he would. Very professional clean worker with an excellent finish. Would definately recommend them again. Thanks again :-)”

“B77700 job no. Tremendous professionally fitted bedroom with minimum mess John the fitter was a genuine guy who was punctual he tydied up as he worked only stopping for his dinner a true professional guy who I was pleased to meet and would always request him again and would have no hesitation in recommending betta living to others cheers Colin .”

“We are pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and Chris, the fitter, did an excellent job. He was pleasant, polite and worked tirelessly to get the installation completed. He also cleaned up after himself. However, on the downside, I think Betta Living need to streamline the way they interface with the customer. My contract was with the company and I therefore found it strange to be having to pay individuals for their services ie the surveyor and fitter, surely as it's included in the price quoted for the work the company should pay them and the customer pays the total bill to Betta Living!”

“The bedroom was fitted by Dean Lang who was speedy and efficient ,he did a great job and kept everywhere clean and tidy and even hoovered before leaving. Great job.”

“First of all, I would like to comment on the professionalism of the fitters Ken and Tommy. They were very fast, clean and educated. It is clear that they have a long experience and in my view they are highly recommendable. I hope to have the opportunity to choose them if any further wardrobe is to be fitted. We are very happy how the bedrooms were fitted. The quality of the materials seems very good even and they look strong. Time will tell if they last long but anyway we have guarantee. I think we got what we pay for and the service provided overall was outstanding.”

“Ken and Tommy, the fitters,were great. They covered the hall and stairs and kept everywhere clean and tidy. The bedroom looks great and when they had finished they even polished inside and outside of the wardrobes etc, vacuumed and left everywhere tidy and ready for me to put our clothes straight in. This is the third bedroom we have had fitted by Betta Living and would highly recommend them.”

“We recently bought a kitchen from Betta Living and the service they provided was fantastic! From choosing the kitchen in the showroom, to having it installed in the house, everyone who we dealt with was extremely professional, helpful. A special thank you goes to Chris Hughes, the fitter, who was brilliant; very polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that it was fitted perfectly! Nothing we asked was too much for him and his conscientious attitude meant that the kitchen installation was done efficently and too a really high standard - one that we are extremely pleased with! Many thanks to you all and we would definitely recommend your company.”

“Betta Living were great from start to finish. We visited the showroom and they arranged to come out, measure up and give us a quote the same day! We felt that we got a good price and so ordered straight away. Once we had ordered the delivery and fitting of the kitchen was arranged at our convenience. The kitchen fitter Chris Hughes was excellent. He never stopped in the five days he was here and worked continuously each day to get the job finished. The work carried out by Chris is to an excellent standard and his attention to detail is second to none. I have kept his number and would definitely have him back to do further work in our house in the future. Top guy and top job and I wifi recommend him and Betta to anyone planning some home renovations! Very happy!”

“Each & every member from the showroom, surveyor, delivery boys, fitters and customer service team were precise, punctual, careful, quick, understanding, polite, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, professional conduct behaviour, hardworking, provided sound advice, caring and helpful. The list of praises can go on forever and forever. I worked in many countries and many global industries even I included have so much to learn from Bettaliving what customer service should be about.”

“The bedroom designer Paul Lilly who came first was so friendly put on all the discounts he could. Easy to talk to and put ideas across made it so easy to go ahead with betta living. The designer placed the order called back to make sure we were happy with everything and was willing to answer any question even after buying. Most companies like to ignore the customer after payments are made. Not betta living they were as willing to help in any way before and after paying. The order was placed and delivery of order was a lot quicker than expected which I was pleased about. The delivery team were very aware of not to damage any furnishing and flooring. They were Careful friendly and helpful. The fitter called a day before fitting and explained everything and answered any questions we had. The Bedroom fitter did an amazing job. Our fitter was Anthony he was very helpful moving all the delivery for easier evening for us. The fitter did an amazing job with the quality of work. Very high quality workmanship. We had wardrobes and study desks made and I look at the draws the doors and everything is so accurate to measurement thanks Anthony. I have bought from betta living before around 12 years ago and they looked as new as they did from day one. I have bought again in our new home and if we move again we will most definately be ordering from them again. Thank you to all at betta living. A five star company most definately.”

“B74937 This week we had a wardrobe fitted by Betta Living and couldn't be happier. Ken & Tommy were polite, chatty, helpful, clean and tidy and have done the most amazing job. These guys are proper old school doing a proper job working 7.30am to 7.30pm (have never had a workman put in an 8 hour day never mind a 12 hour day!!!!) and were in contact regularly to keep us informed of what they were doing. Even came back to fit my handles which arrived late 5 gold stars each and thanks again lads Paula & Ian”

“Thank you betta living for an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm so happy I made the decision to go ahead with you as the finished product looks better than what was designed for us and that was what I wanted. Would like to thank all the staff who took part and made this happen for me. They surveyor was great but most of all the fitters were just the best. Antony Barlow and Michael Butler salute to you guys for your workmanship from start to finish. Well done guys and keep up the great work.
