Built in nuce and ckean, The man behind this did a goid job, hiwever, I find the wardrobe bulk after completion.

Betta Living didn't make me happy they left me devastated thinkIng we had lost £1800 and had no bedroom - I was contacted by wefitanyfurniture to say they had taken over the order book - we still owed £700 which we agreed to pay on credit card and they arrived on the original agreed date with the agreed order It was fitted in the agreed timescale by a great fitter called Malcolm who has done an excellent job and we ended up losing nothing in the end and unbelievably have ended up very satisfied - we weren't asked to pay any additional funds and in fact ended up with two additional drawers as a last minute change of design at no extra cost so have nothing to complain about - we know the management co from Betta Living is behind Wefitanyfurniture and this did make us anxious initially - but it has all ended well which is a huge relief after a very stressful few weeks!!

As Betta Living are now in liquidation is there a kitchen fitter who can replace a drawer and install a pull out larder for me please. I have the parts and live in Grantham.

Let's start by saying that I love my kitchen and it was installed beautifully by Mick and Dave. They definitely had an eye for detail and went above and beyond with the job they did. Then let me add the however, there were a few issues. The designer came around and was a lovely man and I was happy with the design he helped us chose. Then, not that I was aware, the "issues" began when the surveyor came around and missed a few problems. Things like the fact that we wanted an extractor fan to be ducted outside, he wrote it on the plans but failed to spot that where the wall needed to be broken through had a lintel and therefore couldn't be done. Also, he then didn't include the correct ducting kit or a piece that should have joined the extractor to the wall units. Then he missed a difference in the width of the room from one end to the other end. Fortunately, Mick and Dave remedied it, but they had an awful job correcting this, having to move the units away from the wall to accommodate the incorrect measurements. He didn't price the job correctly so the fitters had to sort things with their head office. We were never provided with a virtual computer image showing how the finished kitchen should look. Neither were the fitters. The splashback I ordered to match the worksurface was no longer available so I was offered a replacement that was different and did not match free of charge, very honourable but completely missing the point of continuing the worktop up the wall don't you think? I then had to choose a replacement for both without actually seeing them before they were delivered. The kitchen was delivered assembled, not flat packed, 11 days before it was due to be installed but we weren't told this and had to accommodate it, 2 tons in weight, according to the delivery firm, and this wasn't the first time they'd experienced this problem. No advice was given or offered to assist with skip hire for the removal of our old kitchen and all of the waste. We were offered a hippo bag but who knows what that is or what to do with one. Very poor communication for an organization that was getting a substantial amount of money from me. It seems like the company was happy to take my money but once they knew they had it, that's all they were interested in. Only the quality of the kitchen and fitting have made me happy. Thanks Mick and Dave. You certainly earned your pay last week.

New bedroom fitted nicely into a small room with awkward features. Fitter was very helpful & understanding & did a neat & tidy job in a relatively short time. Ref. B79816.

Excellent quality kitchen but was quite a wait for it to be fitted and there was a mix up with my address and where kitchen was to fitted as this was my dad's address that caused some problems that would have been better avoided.

We have had wardrobes fitted in 2 bedrooms over a couple of months and are very happy with the finished product in both rooms. Both fitters arrived at the time stated and were very helpful in satisfying any specific requests. We were also pleased with the help provided by both the designer and the surveyor. On the slightly negative side the fitters installing the wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom insisted in finishing the work in 1 day and were still on the premises making a lot of noise after 10pm which did not impress the neighbours. Also it would have been very helpful if the fitters could separate the rubbish left for recycling purposes. When they left I found that wood, plastic and sawdust was mixed up in boxes and it took me a long time to separate before I could dispose / recycle the next day.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it did however take longer to fit than we thought maibly due to the original fitting date being missed so we had to wait a further 2 days before it could start. We had booked our dog into kennels to keep him out of the way so incurred extra costs. One of our cuboard doors had a defect but our fitter has apparently put in an order which we are currently waiting for.

Designer brilliant.Surveyor ok. Lead up very stressful could not get the info required for my electricians. Kitchen fitters brilliant ans restored my faith in Betta Living.

Very happy with fitter but communication with office poor, girls who answer phone are fine but if we want to speak with Andy Marshall he never seems to return call and never answers the mobile number we were given. Kitchen not yet finished as not all the correct doors were sent the first time and when replacements arrived one was wrong colour, still awaiting replacement so fitter can come back.

We had our fitted wardrobe 3 weeks now it is so tidy, good quality and we are so pleased with it. The missing star is for 2 thing only due to ordering a brochure which never arrived and some appointments which we couldn't get in the beginning. The process after designing planning everything with Karen was very smooth and fast and the fitting as well. All in all comparing the prices everywhere else we had best designe with the best price.

B78591 Didn't start too well - delivery of the bedroom materials happened on time with the delivery guys informing us that the materials had to go in the bedrooms where they were to be fitted, which was fine by us and for the fitter (we thought) being a 3 storey house. However, next day when the fitter arrived we were told that the rooms had to be completely empty (including removing carpet and all furniture - not specified clearly during survey and with additional cost for us). Quite difficult when you are having 2 bedrooms fitted at the same time. Fitter #1 left. Rooms where shuffled around to the satisfaction of Fitter #2 Gary. Expected fitting time - 2 days. Bedroom #1 (Day 1) - completed to our satisfaction and room cleaned and tidied behind him. Bedroom #2 (Day 2) - started, cleaned up at the end of the day but not finished due to the extent of the job. Wanted a couple of minor amendments to bedroom #1 which was no issue at all for Gary who obliged. Bedroom #2 (Day 3) - completed, room cleaned thoroughly and to a high spec even though it did run over into day 3 which luckily we managed to organise with work commitments. Extremely happy with Gary's workmanship and thoroughly pleasant person to deal with - highly recommend this fitter! Would recommend Betta Living for bedrooms and this is the second time our family has used and been very happy with the service and workmanship on both occasions.

Excellent service from the fitters Paul & John, punctual, friendly and professional, they did a very good job with our bedroom wardrobes. The wardrobes seem well made & the 15 year guarantee is an added bonus. We had 4 quotes from different companies, Betta Livings quote was the highest but we are glad we paid the small amount extra as the quality of workmanship stands out. Would use them again B77586

I had a new kitchen. Kitchen designer was brilliant, Surveyor - ok. Then the process leading up to kitchen being fitted was very stressful as I could not get the answer I required with regard to the electrical information. Email responses not very helpful. I was about to say stuff the kitchen I want a full refund. However the fitters Joe and Joe where absolute brilliant and very amiable, and did an excellent job.

Initial contact was good - people arrived when they said they would and were knowledgeable about their products offering good suggestions and alternatives for consideration. The fitters were very prompt to arrive, got on with the job without any fuss and completed in good time. They were very tidy - even packed the empty packaging in a way that made it easy to dispose of.
