Recently had Fitted wardrobes in two rooms. Delivery was on time and complete. The fitter arrived early next morning and worked non stop 'til early evening. The finished product is excellent and the rooms were left clean and tidy. The original sales lady estimated that the work would be done in 1 day. The surveyor suggested allow 3! in the event it was done in 2.5 days. We were asked to clear everything from the rooms - including carpets, which made us hesitate somewhat, but having seen all the timber etc. and tools we understand why it was for the best. B61801

B62541 excellent service apart from the delivery of the wardrobes. They should have been delivered Tuesday for fitting Wednesday. When they did not arrive I was told by the delivery company that the driver had ran out of driving time, very unprofessional. The fitter arrived on the Wednesday morning bright and early but alas the delivery did not arrive until 10.30 which meant the fitter waiting for over two hours. Simon the fitter was very professional and did an excellent job of the fitting and clearing up but he could have been finished much earlier if the delivery had been on time. I have just had fitted wardrobes installed by a very pleasant young man called Simon. He has done an excellent job of the fitting and left the room clean and tidy. My complaint is with the delivery of the wardrobes. They should have been delivered yesterday (Tuesday) for fitting today (Wednesday) When I rang to ask where they were I was told the driver had ran out of driving time and they would be delivered the following day, they did apologise but that didn't compensate for me staying in all day waiting for delivery. B62541 The fitter arrived on Wednesday bright and early to start fitting alas the delivery did not arrive until 10 .20 am this caused the fitter to be waiting around for two hours. To his credit Simon was very professional and completed the job on time. I would advise the delivery side of the business be sorted out as it lets the company down. Mrs N Kennedy

Quote and planning stage - brilliant. Quick and easy. All very professional. Delivery - not great. Delivery men weren't dressed professionally and didn't well represent Betta Living brand. Doors not delivered when they should have been and didn't feel like the service from the delivery customer service team was very professional. Fitting - fantastic. Michael did a great job and very quickly too. The wardrobe looks great - we are very happy.

On the whole this was a positive experience. The salesman was helpful and the surveyor was knowledgeable. I needed to change my initial plans and the changes were accommodated very well. The units were delivered on time. Then we had a little problem. The installer failed to turn up at the agreed time. There appeared to have been a miscommunication between the installer and head office over an over running job which had a knock on effect of postponing my job for 5 days. But, he turned up at the new time and he was very good. Worked hard and was very neat and tidy. Delighted with the end result. If there had not been the hiccup over the installation I would have given this company 5 stars.

We have just had a Betta Living kitchen fitted. We are very happy with the finished installation. The people from Betta Living were very helpful and efficient, the fitters - Paul, Scott and Rob were very efficient with tremendous attention to detail and quality. we can not commend Paul and Scott highly enough and based on our experience would recommend Betta Living to any one. The sales and design process were straightforward and well managed. The kitchen fitting went without a hitch and well within the timescales however an interior cupboard part was damaged and it took almost 3 months to get a replacement. The part arrived and I couldn't get in touch with the fitters and my emails to Betta Living were not answered. I ended up having to pay a joiner to fit the part. On the whole I would recommend Betta Living but their after sales service could do with some improvement. It's now 6 months since I had the kitchen fitted and I still haven't had anyone out to sign the work off.

From the start I thought I was due to be dealing with a great company, Initial contact was great and the salespersons, designers and surveyor were all superb, very professional and provided a great service, When it cam to delivery and installation again fantastic, the installation team were great and took on board everything I asked of them, There were a few errors during the installation, not due to the fitters but little errors with items ordered or items that actually would not fit, This is where the problems start, Customer service NON Existent, I have spent since 4th June until now ( August 10th) trying to resolve my complaints and NO ONE is interested I get passed from pillar to post and no one will do anything, The installation manager every time I call passes the buck and no one ever contacts me, Its a real shame as the kitchen looks superb, but due to customer care will never use Betta Living again. !!!!!!!!!

Excellent kitchen, very pleased with fit, quality and how it looks. Delivery and fitting was in time and fitters were very good. Customer service was poor - most stuff went to plan, but the few issues we had were difficult to deal with. The area manager for kitchen for the north west was particularly unhelpful and obtuse. The sales guy who came out to estimate was also very pushy and talked us into a couple of decisions that we're wrong for us and we had to change lately ( which then costs extra). Overall satisfied and would recommend, but be on the ball to prevent customer service issues.

Not very impressed with first sales man appointment, he planned our kitchen only for the surveyor to totally re-plan it due to the plan not following safety rules. Not enough communication between ordering new kitchen and installation. Fitters of kitchen excellent, very hard working,polite and tidy. Kitchen was fitted in april and after a day of use my metal kitchen sink has become scratched and a kick board has become loose. Have contacted betta-living to ask for replacement still waiting now. Good company but wouldnt use again.

Good quality product, service and installation. Only minor point was the bedside drinks tray was a plain piece of plywood which did not match the units and spoilt things slightly (we have seen others where the wood finish matched !)

We are very pleased with both the design and the fitting of our kitchen. However removing the old wall tiles just before the fitters arrived was our mistake as we damaged the wall surface, fortunately the fitting team had experienced this before and we managed to find a plasterer promptly. We are still waiting to have a couple of wall cupboard doors adjusted, it would seem we are now very low priority.

The work we had done on my daughter's bedroom was done in December last year which was outstanding and would recommend but since then we have been pestered with customer surveys even asking about our kitchen we had fitted!?! I had one yesterday asking about would we like to go ahead with the quote - only 8 months late - this side of the firm has put us off slightly using them again!!
